Works really well! Boston has arthritis and if he's a bit sore he has a heat pack and he luvs it!

This is a great product. I needed it because my cat sustained a shoulder injury and needed heat/cold and compression to reduce the seroma on his shoulder. I should have gone a size up because it didn’t quite cover the area and I had to resort to manipulating the harness to get it to work. Because I had tried it on my cat, I didn’t feel it was right to return it so I made do. I wish there had been more than two extension straps in the box. It does work but make sure to measure your pet before you buy, don’t take a “guesstimate”.

my pup had an injury a couple years ago on his shoulder neck area and this works wonders!!! every time he is feeling pain i heat up the pads and this has worked a lot with the pain. between this product and the medication he looks so much better by the next day

The video misrepresented the steps to put the wrap onto my dog.

Build quality and sturdiness were good but the fit on my dog wasn't amazing. That said, I understand this is meant for a wide variety of dog breeds so overall think it's a good buy if it fits your dog well.

My dog is 15 years old and has developed arthritis of his left shoulder. He takes meds for epilepsy which are hard on his liver so I shy away from pain meds. I heat his shoulders in the morning and then freeze the packs to put on him after his afternoon walk. It has cut down on his limping and I do believe he enjoys the therapeutic heat! I was at first a little confused about the leg straps, but once I figured out they wrap around behind the legs first, it fits him perfectly! Hoping to use this to keep him off pain meds as long as possible!

Worked great! Puppy is not limping anymore after wearing the brace for a few weeks with a sore shoulder.

I got this wrap for my small (18 pound) mixed breed who had a shoulder dislocation and corrective surgery. All the straps are elastic with Velcro attachments, which means everything sort of stretches, but not really at the same level since the strap across the back is about 1.5" elastic, and all the other straps are about 3/4". I found the strap across the back to be a little too short, so I attached one of the front straps up there to add a little more length. The straps under the "armpits" are also a little short, which makes the attachment a little awkward and they don't always stay put. That said, I am basically using this to hold a heated gel pack on his shoulder for a while prior to doing his walking exercise, so, having the "bracing" mechanism really tight isn't necessary. These issues could be a factor of his body type, as I'm sure this fits each dog differently, so I think you just have to adjust to what works with your dog.
