Best garden hose sprayer I have
This sprayer works great. When it is in the off position it is off and does not leak. The seal between the sprayer and my garden hose also does not leak. I typically use the jet, spray and soak settings and all work well. Lastly, it is not always apparent an item is build well when viewed on-line so I was surprised how well made this sprayer seems to be. I have purchased several others and all of them either don't seal well, have poor spray and/or soak behavior or are build really poorly (susceptible to breaking). I have broken several dropping them on the lawn. This sprayer seems to take my hard? use just fine. I highly recommend this product.

Don’t waste your money on this nozzle
At first this nozzle worked pretty well. It’s a little heavy and sort of awkward to hold because of the angle of the on/off lever and where the “trigger” handle is. It just doesn’t make for ease of use when holding it. Later in the summer though, both of the round plastic end pieces came off which is what controls the on/off and intensity of water flow. After I put it back together, it was never the same. The inner workings/controls got messed up somehow. Then later the nozzle got dropped and I fixed it as best as I could, but now the nozzle doesn’t shut off water flow. It’s heavy duty enough- almost all metal construction and very little plastic, but it just didn’t hold up and function like I thought it should. Overall, you’d be better off buying a Dramm or Orbit brand nozzle.

I've only had it a week, but it's attractive and easy to use and hold:)
I've given it five stars for everything but durability, and that is only because having only had it for only a week I feel I don't have adequate insight into that area to rate it. I have no reason to think it won't be dependable as it seem well built and very easy to hold and use.

Great function and ergonomics, with durability concern
The sprayer works very well. Most of the spray patterns are useful, although there are a few that we’ll probably never use. The thumb control is the best feature. We like it much better than a trigger or firehose style. The only real problem seems to be durability. I doubt it will survive a drop onto a hard surface. We had to return one that arrived already broken. So far, the price and function overshadow the durability issue for us.

Flow control mechanism falls apart easily
I've purchased three of these in the last two months, one as a replacement for the first that broke.PROS- love the overall build feel and smoothness of the mechanism- useful spray options and easy to switchCONS- flow control mechanism falls apart under light useDETAILS of the problem:The flow control mechanism consists of two plastic plugs that hold the metal adjustment bar in place and rotate the valve. With the first one I bought, the kids dropped it on concrete and the plugs popped out, one of them breaking. I couldn't get it put back together in working order so I bought another. The second one has now lost one of the plugs only a month later. It's still usable, but unlike the the first one, whatever popped the plug out was a much lighter impact (and it got lost in the flower bed).I just got the third one yesterday, and one of the plugs had fallen out in the box during shipping. This is a serious design flaw. I want to love this nozzle, but I can't keep buying new ones.

Almost indestructible! haha
This is my second one of these nozzle sprayer heads. It works great and is nearly indestructible. The first one would still be working fine if I hadn't run over it with an industrial mower. It's a toss-up which had more damage: the nozzle or the mower blades. This is definitely a sturdy well-made hose nozzle head.

Good and bad, read below.....
So out of the box I was quite impressed. This is a good quality sprayer made of *metal* rather than plastic - so you would expect it could take abuse plastic sprayers can't. I was really pleased to see it didn't leak a drop of water, another sign of quality engineering. The first few uses, it was great! I really like the variety of spray patterns, the power of the spray, the ergonomic is fantastic and the water control lever is a joy to use. Here is the one flaw and problem.Today it dropped and hit the sidewalk I was working on - something which will happen a hundreds times to a typical sprayer during use. The two plastic circles on the sides of the water control value both popped off, so no way to turn the water on or off.It took a few minutes to find them and 15 minutes to get them back on (its a bit tricky). The sprayer works again, but its disappointing that these popped off so easily and I'm afraid it will happen again. If you lose the circles, the sprayer become useless.

Happy with this sprayer.
I really like not having to squeeze a handle or mess with that little tab that some of these have. Feels durable and I would buy again.5/13/2019 Update - I have put some time in with this sprayer now and I am more than impressed. I plan to buy this for friends as gifts. What I like most is that the spray patterns, combined with the adjustable switch allows me to get my mist pattern down to a level that I could literally put seeds on black plastic, no dirt and water them without moving them. Obviously only a test, but holding a fine mist was one of the reasons I bought this one. That is with the mist settings. The shower setting, full switch, really puts out the water. Perfect for trees. I rarely spend the time to actually type anything in an Amazon review, but this made me happy enough to spend the time.
