Does what the ad said it would do

The media could not be loaded. I've been studying classical Pilates for 3 years with a certified instructor. I bought this band to adapt Pilates reformer exercises on the mat and it's doing fine so far.Resistance is light and it's very stretchy, which is great for doing classical Pilates work. You don't need a ton of resistance, so a stretchy band is definitely more important. The rest is proper form, body alignment and muscle activation. Taking in more slack on the band will add more resistance if needed.These are great for the late Mari Winsor's resistance band Pilates videos. (She's also classically trained in Pilates.) I do think her resistance bands are slightly longer, maybe the same length as the Theraband, but I have not tried it myself. I did feel I could use a few more inches in length since at times I was holding onto the ends of the bands, which added more work for my hands to keep the band from slipping.In the videos and photos, I'm 9.5 months postpartum. There is something unusual about these bands. They do not stretch in a linear fashion. By this I mean that the initial stretch is fine but beyond this point, suddenly it won’t go any more. With other bands I have used, with increasing effort, they will stretch until they break.These bands are not a showstopper for me but you have to get used to them being different.

I use this for indoor workouts with my exercise DVDs and it’s great for arm muscle strengthening!

Good for light resistance training and warm up. But it ripped suddenly one day. don't remember when but Likely under a year's usage.

I recently have been seeing a physical therapist for the treatment of some neck and back issues. It was recommended that I start performing some stretches to increase my flexibility. Rather than purchasing them through my therapist's office, I decided to check Amazon and I'm glad I did. These were priced reasonably, seem to have good resistance when stretching, appear to be quite durable, and as a perk, came in purple, my favorite color :) I haven't used them much, but they do appear to be quite resilient and certainly at a reasonable price. I'd never heard of MOKOSS before, but I'm glad I decided to try them out.

The product has rips in it already and all I did was pt exercises with it 😭

Wished I had bought these sooner. Colours as shown and true to image. I love these bands, they are easy to use, thick enough and resistance works for me. I gave one to my husband and he really loves using it. I am replacing some which dry rot after a few years. Hopefully these are of a better quality and will last longer. Strongly recommended.

As for now, am still using it for resistance exercise. The only thing that I would recommend that there should be marking on each band to differentiate which is 'light', 'medium' and 'heavy' so that user does not have to guess which is which.

Great resistance band. For this price, no issues. Does the job. Easy to clean. Comes with a nice pouch. Brand to me is nothing: quality is my priority.After 2 weeks of usage, and it’s time to share the good news about it, I realized someone claims that different color are meant for different resistance, which I can’t really tell. This also explain why I am only offering 4 stars - nothing on the description mentioned about different color offers different resistance.

these work just as good as the ones my physiotherapist has at his office.
