Addictively delicious - just know what you’re getting
Good, soft cookies - they actually taste like they’ve been freshly baked. Couple things I had to knock stars off for:- Really, really sweet. I get that these kinds of cookies are just inherently super sugary - the filling is pure sugar after all. But there are iced cookies with at least a dash more subtlety in flavor. I LOVE any and all desserts to like, a problematic degre, and this was a lot, especially if in a moment of weakness you eat more than one in a sitting. There is a decent amount of salt to counteract it which is nice, but it still feels like your mouth gets coated with sugar.- These seem to be the EXACT same cookies sold ( at least at some points a few years back) in 7-11 stores under their private label, supposedly “baked locally in Bohemia, NY” ( I’m in NYC). It could be that this company white-labeled for them, which is no big deal. The total cost for 3 boxes of 4 under the 7-11 brand, though, I think would run a good few dollars cheaper.- They crumble really, really easily. Not a huge deal, and none of mine were completely crushed, but I would suggest modifying the recipe just a little - longer bake times or more egg/binders - because the cookie parts are really more like gobs of carrot cookie dough, not finished soft cookies. Or at least individually sealing them instead of cramping them together,- One box for 3 bucks at 7-11 on the way home from work to satisfy a craving, but in bulk, it feels like a more significant purchase, and you’re more aware of the fact that these are very much mini/snack size cookies. The fact that just four rather small cookies are packaged in a box like fine chocolates is a bit precious, and I would want them to be a little bigger and more substantial before I made them a regular treat. All that said, super adddictive and tasty, especially for something you can have Prime-delivered. I’m a fan.

Awful little cookies with a center full of sugar...
I thought that these were going to be small coffee cakes with a carrot cake flavor... NO NO NO!!! These are crumbling cookies the size of a 50 cent piece. The person making these should re-pack them and call them what they really are.I waited a long time for them to be delivered. By the time that they were delivered the whole World was put on hold for all our own good. so no one can come over for coffee or tea. They cannot be returned and I cannot in good faith donate them to the Food Pantry. Just because people are poor we will not drop items packed with calories for them & their families.

Too expensive
I have NO idea what the "thickness" rating is for. But here's the rest. These were really good. Like a slice of crumbly carrot cake. I just bought them to try. Too bad the price outweighs the taste. There are lots of other things that taste just as good for less of a bash to your wallet. I don't know if names can be mentioned, but they can edit me if they want. Sunbelt Bakery and LaBree both make really good versions for a reasonable price. Also you can often find them in the grocerry store.

Best new mini dessert to try out.
I always been a fan of carrot cake and was surprised to come across a carrot cake flavor cookie sandwich with natural ingredients. I'm making a second order as I write this review due to how delicious these desserts were. The cookie sandwiches are soft and taste better, in my opinion when I have them in the fridge(makes them tee bit harder but just right.) Highly recommended for any carrot cake lovers out there.

Warm cookies = upest tummy :(
I use to purchased these cookies from a local market until they quit stocking them. I was delighted to find them on Amazon. The shipment was pretry quick. Unfortunately, when I opened the package a lot of the cream cheese filling had melted. Since the cream cheese was warm I probably should have thrown them away vs eating a few of them. They tasted ok, however, they came back to haunt me with a vengeance the next morning. Won't be buying them online again!

The pictures are creative.
The diameter of the "cookie" is LESS THAN THE DIAMETER OF AN Oreo. How's your geometry? Oreos cost (per cookie) less than ~~$1.33 each? The pictures are creative.

Absolutely the best!!!
Oh my gosh, these cookies are simply the best. The cookies came beautifully packaged and were delivered promptly. More importantly, the cookies were moist and the abundant frosting was perfection. As a carrot cake lover, I appreciate the serving size. It's just enough. I will be ordering again, and again!

Almost expired desserts received 9/16/20. DO NOT ORDER from company
If you can avoid purchasing these carrot cake pastries, I highly recommend you do not purchase. We received ours on 9/16 and they were EXTREMELY DRY. Not to mention the Expiration Date reads 9/26/20 (which explains why they are so dry).Just an FYI, yo are unable to return this product if you are unsatisfied, and there is NO phone # or call the company and explain the expiration date, which is close to the delivery date.DO NOT ORDER these desserts.
