Super fun, super easy, super informative!
Sipping my Good Mood Matcha as I write this and feeling pretty good. I'm someone who wants to eat healthy, prolong my life, and LOOK the best I can while aging somewhat gracefully. I'm also a little lazy. That said, feeling run down and tired is not how I want to feel. So this book on adaptogens is perfect for me. First, I had no idea what adaptogens were, never mind how to use them, and Katrine fixed that. The book is quick and very informative. You can read it cover to cover or easily look up what ails you (stress, sleep deprivation, hormone imbalance, etc) and pinpoint the adaptogens and recipes best for you. Katrine makes it fun with her no-fuss, conversational tone and yummy recipes. Plus the design and colors in the book make me happy. Impress your friends with a sky blue latte and feel better while you're at it.

This book is perfect for anyone new to, or curious about adaptogens. It has great background info, recipes, clear and candid advice. We love the matcha bliss ball recipe so much we're now making them most weekends. Sooo good!
