Bought this in the hopes it would ease our puppies anxiety at night while crate training, as the anxiety would get to much and he would go toilet all over the crate.The first night he used this he was absolutely fine. No mess in the morning, has been this way for over a week now. Would highly reccomend to others. Only down side is the heart beat button is extremely sensitive so could easily turn off without wanting too. Sometimes just placing it down can cause this. The batteries dont last long either. But not much can be done about that.

We adopted a neglected 14 week old puppy a few weeks ago. When she came to us she was really poorly and I spent the first few days nursing her back to health and reassuring her and unsurprisingly she became VERY attached very quickly and I couldn’t walk out of the room without her howling the house down.I liked the thought of this because of the heartbeat function. She was left in a room with her siblings so I thought having something there that may remind her of her siblings may help.I got it and stuffed it down my shirt for a while to make it smell like me. I put it in with her and pushed the heartbeat on and she fell asleep. She is at the point where she struggles to sleep without it, but we just move it around to wherever she is at that point in the day. When she lays on it it sets off the heart beat again so in that sense it’s really easy to turn on.The negative is that she also will sometimes bite it repeatedly because it makes a little click when she does so she will spend 10 minutes pressing the button which we’ve found after 2 weeks isn’t great for the battery.All that being said it’s helped her adjust so I can walk out of the room and it helps her sleep. Appreciate this wOnT work for every dog but it’s worked for mine. You can buy a replacement heart for £15 but considering the quality of the soft toy it’s not bad value in that sense. The heart is probably over priced but you can buy the heart separately if you want to put it in another teddy.

Very durable product. We used ours with our cockapoo pup as she was coming to us straight from being used to hearing heartbeats and have the heat of her brothers and sisters. It worked a treat and helped her adapt to sleeping alone (no sleepless puppy howling nights for us) she loved it so much that when she no longer needed the heat/heartbeat I've sewn the pocket closed and 18mnths on 'Lamie' is her toy of choice at bedtime. I would highly recommend this product.

My pup likes it but only as a chew toy. The heartbeat annoys him and he keeps pulling it out.

My 8 week cocker puppy loves the lamb however put the heat pad in the microwave following the instructions and it actually caught fire! It’s dangerous! Luckily I was close enough to quickly get to it

Great toy however the batteries has started to turn green and degrade. Had to order some more but now works fine.

I'll be honest, I thought this sounded like a great idea but you have to open it and remove the heart to turn it on n off. Which then shows the pup there's something interesting inside. The thumping is very loud so I thought it was too loud to have on while we were in the same room. Worse than a ticking clock.

I bought this as my puppy was struggling in his crate at night, this really helped him and managed to calm him down! I just wish it went on for longer! Highly recommend if you have a puppy to help them settle!
