I have Vestibular Migraines and this has absolutely helped reduce the frequency of them.

I take half a tablet before sleeping and the quality of my sleep is definitely improved. What is this pain-relief star that Amazon's asking me to award?!

When I received the package it was slightly beat up, but could have been due to shipping. Then I noticed significant mold on the box. It clearly states on the box that the medication needs to be temperature controlled between 59 and 77°. Although the pill bottle was intact and the seal was intact the mold tells me that the environment conditions may not have been stable for the medication itself. I did get a refund from amazon but not happy with this seller.

I began taking this vitamin a week ago. So to say, WOW would not be fair. I could say they are wasy to swallow and I do not have heartburn or any negative after results.

I like how this product contains both magnesium and B2. I was taking the two things separately to help with headaches and now I get the benefit of both in one pill.

Dr recommended I try. this for my ears that are always ringing. I can’t tell if it’s effective because my ears get better and worse regardless of meds...however I do feel better and my mind is clearer. I will continue to use the product as I really feel better Mentally since using this.

I feel like my ms doc suggested it for help in sleeping. My leg cramps nerve pain. She said it helped with brain shrinkage which happens with ms. I have found it helpful.
