BEWARE, body jewelry should be versatile. I tried using this in my ear and it turned it green, and left my ear with a welt/ulcer thing on the back that was filled with puss and blood that was similar to a huge pimple. I hope my ear is going to be okay but this should not have happened. My ears have never been sensitive and I don’t consider my body to be sensitive. This happened particularly with the septum ring that has the diamonds/jewels.

The clicker is my favorite fits perfectly all of them are nicely made and small too I thought they were gonna be too big

Pretty jewelery but I don't think it's surgical steel. Wore the gemstone clicker yesterday for a wedding and turned my nose green and it was sore which is a total bummer because it's really pretty! Also the diamond one was bent.

I used the gemstone clicker for 2 days & it turned green & made my piercing hurt. Cheap jewelry. This is the 2nd time that I've bought septum rings off amazon & they've done this. Don't waste your money!

I bought these for my daughter's septum. The corrosion and rust were so bad that we had to use metal cutters to get it out. The inside of her nose was filled with corrosion buildup.

***edit*** finally got the crown D ring in but only after one day of wearing it turned green!! It is shown in the pictures attached. The others that I have worn from this set have NOT done this....My only complaint is that the "crown D ring" one. the piece that is attached to the hinge is too loose therefore there isn't enough structure to push through my nose.

Very small and dainty, in a good way. All the styles are exactly as pictured. Based on other reviews, I coated mine with clear nail polish because my skin turns green with metal contact very quickly. Haven’t had any problems with that either.

This product is not as advertised. It is of cheap quality as expected, you get what you pay for. However the big problem is that they have it listed as surgical grade implying that it is safe for people with medal allergies. My wife now has an itchy and inflamed nose and (I know it's hard to tell in the picture) there is a green residue forming, as if this is copper not steel. Other than that this product is exactly what was expected, a cheap nose ring. Listing it as surgical when it is not is not okay.
