Average jump rope. Not like im a avid jump rope guy by any means. Mainly before or after a good workout ill jump rope for a little bit just to get the heart rate going. For the average user its nothing great but nothing to complain about either. Nice and easy to adjust length especially if multiple people of different heights intend on using it. Worth the money

My jump rope routine has improved using this speed rope. They need to post a YouTube video showing how to adjust their product as other sellers have done. I use it six days a week following my trainer's advice.

So far just a jump rope. I haven't seen anything from the performance that is any different than any other rope I have ever used. It works fine but not the best thing since sliced bread.

this rope was really long but I was able to adjust it ..this rope is really smooth when you are jumping and makes you want to jump for longer..don't have any complains i really liked this jump rope :))

Amazingly smooth rotation. High quality bearing design. Comes in resealable carrying bag. Includes two extra screws--because everyone loses one of these along the way. Rope cleanly unraveled out of the bag and hangs clean--no more untangling ropes. I am so excited to use this in my WODs and see how it improves my double-under success. I have been using a much more traditional jump rope in my garage gym, but have tried other speed ropes at other gyms. This is a much higher quality rope and design. It is with ease that I highly recommend this product.

Very thin and light. Not what I expected.

I've been using this jumprope since January and it has been so good to me. I like to jump rope for about 45min-1hr at a time when jogging/running for cardio gets boring, and this jump rope has been fun to use and durable. It's also lightweight and attractive. The rubber piece at the end came off, and after I notified them about it, they were super responsive! Customer service is superb and for that reason, they've just gained a customer for life. Shoutout to Travis the CEO &Founder, who even wrote a handwritten note in the package :)

I've been boxing since a kid and bought this after my last jump rope broke (After 5 years of use) I used this for a couple of months and it just keeps dismantling and breaking during use. I'm quitting on this one and getting a different one soon.Update:They offered to send a new one. I never found it, maybe it's because I moved apartments since buying this. I fixed the issue myself, small project but fun. Love this rope.
