Standard Miller Laryngoscope Blade, Size #3

The pointy end of the blade was somewhat sharp. I honed the edges with a hand grinding stone and polished them and the surface with Flitz to make it less like a knife... hoping to avoid damage to my 38 year old daughter's vocal cords if ever required for intubation. Note: most hospitals would treat my daughter as an adult with a #5 blade, but this was clearly too large for her at her last surgery. the #5 blade caused damage to her vocal cords and she was on a trache for 7 months before surgical procedures alleviated the damage.
