As described, but not the same as the original. Fortunately I only needed the piece that attached to the windshield. The locking screw on the back of the bracket piece did not turn so could not be adjusted.

This item doesn't work.It won't stick on the vehicle windshield.Its worthlessI need one that works.Thank you

It will not stay suctioned to the window so it is basically useless. It repeatedly falls off.
