I take this twice a day, and have been for months. I feel like myself again, and order early to ensure time for delivery. It isn't fast, but it is good.

Did not like that it is left in mailbox with temperatures being over 97 degrees. Didn't like the smaller pill box that came with my second order. You can barely put 1 weeks pill in container. So you have to refill it every week instead of every 2 weeks. They need to keep the packaging the same if you are being charged the same price. I am giving it a 2 star mainly because of the pill box.

The product information is written in a foreign language.. I speak English and the product information on amazon really doest make full sense... no clear dosing information...I also like to know everything that's in the product and on the label...that's impossible to know when it's in a foreign language! Can you please update the product information in a clearer format that makes sense ...where is quality control at Amazon???? I really can't rate the actual product yet because I haven't used it because I don't know how to dose it properly. So for now I'm just putting a 1 star rating and will update after I can actually use it !

Was using Estrovera from Metagenics as prescribed by doctor for 6 months with no relief.. been taking this for 2 months and has already made a huge difference..no hot flushes!!!
