Tommy Hilfiger Fashionare 28.5 Ltrs Grey Casual Backpack (TH/BIKCL07FAS)

I must say that some reviews warned me about this. My friends also told me not to buy a bag from an apparel manufacturer as bags are not their forte. Before getting into what didn't work, let me document what did.The bag seems like an original Tommy, the overall material quality is decent.The bag looks nice - I bought the grey one, quite classy and good colour combination.Good for small laptops, not for 15.6"What didn't work?The bag is poorly designed and impractical.No bottle holder.The base of the bag is narrow and the space is constricted near the middle portion of the bag.The stitches are not at all durable and are weak.The zip quality is very bad.As you can see in the pic, the zip came out withing 1 week. There is no extra material near the zip locks for prevention and the zip is completely exposed and not easy to use.The second picture shows how the bad zip quality has steadily worn down the material and thus has rendered the zips useless. (Zoom and check out if possible)The bag is 1-month old and the zips do not run to the end as it gets stuck midway in the tear of the material.VerdictSheer wastage of money. 200 INR should be the actual price based on the quality. Okay, I will settle for INR 300 due to the logo. Stick with trusted American Tourister, Skybags...you will repent buying this!

I bought this for my sister. She liked it because of it's new style and colors. But because I m skybag user & fan I didn't like the material quality and bag quality at all. You should buy American tourister and skybag.

Not good. The product got defected after 1 month of usage.. zip not working properly and the material also looks bad.. need seller details for zip warranty and replacement of bag. Amazon please help
