What are they? This mix is perfect for rolled out rising dough. I use it for coffee ring for a cake like roll flavor

Q: What is expiration date on the boxes?

I have ordered these multiple times in the past and it has consistently been well within the date stamp. But the last order was before all the recent supply chain issues. So, honestly I think you will only find out by placing an order and filing for a refund if there’s a problem. Just make sre to take a picture of the expiration date to show customer service if you do file.
