This backpack was impressive when I removed it from the box. It felt extremely durable and sturdy. The only reason I returned it was that we bought it for my high school son for school and there was not enough room for his 3 ring binders and books and lunch pail.

Back pack was shipped quickly and correct. Not sure of durability, waterproof etc.. as bag was just delivered. Will follow up if issue occur.

The media could not be loaded.  Being light weight and solid is the main quality also 5 years international warranty is just unbelievably amazing.

I thought it was a great pack. I have had it for 3.5 months. But now one of the straps is partially pulled out of the main body. Only the reinforcement is holding it from going any further. Total disappointment. I could the pack to be the best of many other packs I have had but the back strap pulling out puts the quality with cheap packs. I use this pack for National travel every day.

Bought this laptop bag for school it hasn’t failed me at all. I love it! I carry my Mac alone with with my school books. It has many compartment for different things you would like to keep separate. And also great for traveling. However, I haven’t taken advantage of the charger feature that’s included on this bag. I’m sure it won’t fail me either. Great purchase!! Extra star just for stylish look it gives off as well!

The large, main compartment has two soft-lined sleeves for a laptop and a tablet. The handle on the top is cushioned for comfort. I have a 15" laptop and can carry all my class notes and maybe 1 text book in the large compartment. Haven't had any seams break and I've had the pack filled to the brim. Very pleased with this backpack. This backpack is great for outdoor activities, school and sport. This bag also holds everything I had in the carryon bag and always makes it on the plane! And for sure love the YKK zippers. Amazing quality.

I love the interior of the backpack but was disappointed in the size of the water bottle holders on each side. I've had to down size to commuting with a much smaller size water bottle.

There are just enough compartments to hold what I need for traveling. I like the USB cable that goes into the backpack for power banks, so you don’t have to hold it. It’s well padded if I need to bring my laptop with me. The outer material seems durable/sturdy compared to other backpacks I’ve purchased before. As for the design aspect, the red interior looks great with the black exterior. One thing I would’ve liked is that there is no front compartment.
