Charger/discharged did a nice job charging my batteries 12 at a time. The led display keeps you informed on the progress of each battery. Great item (time saver) when you need to charge a lot of batteries!

Pricey but well worth it it was so nice to load up all my rechargeable batteries to my solar lighting systems charge everything up and throw away all the batteries that were no good

After using this charger for about 6 months (probably 1x/month), the fan started making a grinding noise as though the blades were in contact with something internally. In addition, there is usually a visible spark from the back of the unit when plugging in the power supply. On contacting the manufacturer, I learned that there is only a 30-day limited warranty, and was more or less accused of damaging the unit ("We don't cover defects brought by physical damage. I feel these RadCad's rate of defect are fairly low because I don't really hear of issues regarding this product from other customers.") In other words, since few units are defective, no units are defective. That's not sound logic, and there has been no damage to this barely-used charger.Most companies would at least be concerned enough about their product turning into a potential fire hazard that they would want to examine it and determine if warranty coverage or replacement is appropriate. In this case, it is apparently my problem.It's a shame, because this is by far the most convenient and well-designed/innovative charger I found on my search, and with better warranty coverage and support I'd likely recommend it, despite the trouble with this particular unit.

This intelligent battery charger is possibly one of the best products I have purchased. It is simple elegant and provides positive status information on each and every battery in the caddie.Simultaneously charges batteries rapidly.I use a lot of AA batteries and this is the perfect way to go green

I would like to believe its still charging but I do not know because the display is just blue

It’s definitely worth the money spent. Easy to read and use.

The media could not be loaded.  Innovative design. Can charge 12 batteries at a time... until the cooling fan for the charger decides to wear out. I've bought 4 chargers in 3 1/2 years, all of them had the fan fail, 4th one's fan is starting the death spiral noise. Don't know why I went back the 3rd and 4th time... other than I bought extra battery caddies to store them after charging.
