This is a great hydrating serum to add to your skin care routine. It is quite thick and a little goes a long way. It doesn’t leave a residue and it plays well with other skin care products as well as makeup/sunscreen.As someone else mentioned it’s not as “life changing” as some of the claims, however it can also be used to add moisture to other products.I have a favorite sunscreen (Australian Gold light) which happens to be matte when it drys. At 57 with some fine lines all it did was highlight those no matter what primer or moisturizer I used underneath.The color (it doubles as a BB cream) is perfect for me because it has slightly pink undertones. I wanted to move away from my foundation routine and have a more “natural” look. Finding a hydrating replacement was impossible.Knowing beta glucan is added to many skin care products to enhance hydration, I decided to experiment with mixing a ratio of 40-50% beta glucan to my sunscreen to make it more “dewy”.I mixed a small amount in a little “tester jar” I had. After thoroughly mixing, it set overnight to ensure the ingredients meshed together. (I first tried this in my hand and it took awhile for everything to come together so it was homogenous).The next day I applied it to my skin and had exactly what I wanted. A silky light to medium coverage sunscreen that left my skin looking slightly dewy, but not greasy.Once it set (was no longer shiny), I applied a bit of blush and that was it. It set up leaving me looking natural - not overly dewy. It also had enough coverage to hide unevenness in my skin tone. It also doesn’t highlight my fine lines as much- only slightly under my eyes (which at my age comes with the territory).I also use this as part of my AM and PM skincare. Layering it with HA and my vitamin C serum.I will also use a bit before using my CosRx masks to add a bit more hydration. I usually spray my face with Eue Thermal mineral water before applying the beta glucan (or any HA product), then apply the mask.Overall, it’s a great option for anyone allergic to HA or wanting to boost their routine.Will it perform miracles? No. But it is a great booster.Using it in some of my cosmetics took some trial and error, but I’m really happy I tried it. So the purchase based just on that was worth it to me. Depending onhow you use it, it seems to last a long time.

This beta glucan serum is a skincare gem! Lightweight and soothing, it hydrates deeply without feeling heavy or greasy. I was worried it might be sticky (like some serums tend to be), but once it dries, it leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth—no tackiness whatsoever. Perfect for calming irritation and boosting your skin’s barrier, it’s a great option for sensitive or dry skin. A little goes a long way, making it worth every penny. 5/5 stars for hydration that’s effective and mess-free!

Extremely moisturizing serum. Application is smooth while the actual texture is slightly thick and sticky. No scent and absorbs quickly.. my skin practically drank it up. The only downside for me personally would be the smallest white bumps it leaves on my face (barely noticeable). It's probably my skin reacting to an ingredient in the product but I know this can be another person's holy grail !!!

Been using this a little over two years and I will never go without it. Like it so much more than hyaluronic acid. Very light and hydrating for my skin.

A must have for dry, acne prone skin. It is a bit expensive for the quantity of product- it goes quickly as you need almost a full dropper to cover your full face, but it does help with hydration. I ruined my skin barrier using too many actives and now am trying to soothe it and nurse it back to health- i layer this under other moisturizers for the added hydration. Absorbs quickly and locks in moisture.

I have been practicing skin care for many years and have tried many products. I used to have very oily sensitive skin but over time it has become mature, dry, and sensitive so I adjusted my skin care accordingly as needed.I like the Iunik line and use a few of their products in my rotation. This serum does moisturize the skin quite well but I find that if I use it for to long of a time it causes red flaky patches on my face that are not at all desirable traits from a skin care product. I would put this down to an isolated incident but it did the exact same thing to my bf only worse and with only one use. I wanted to love this serum but because of the side effect on my skin I just don't. That being said it is a good product but it just may be too much of a concentration for my skin to tolerate in anything but short periods of usage. Everyone's skin is different and this is just my experience

Love this serum. It is very hydrating for my 53 year old skin. It’s a must in my skin routine.I use this in addition to a couple of other hydrating serums to protect my skin barrier after using actives - especially retin-A.

I had this dry red skin under my eyes for the longest time and no matter what I put on it would not go away. After using this product for literally two nights it has repaired and moisturized my skin so well!!! My red dry skin is finally gone, my skin feels so soft and glowy I recommend this 10/10. after and before vids below ⬇️
