This is a fantastic clock for our toddler son's bedroom. It's got a silent pendulum, which I think is better. The look is a matter of taste, but I think this is a Japanese brand, and I personally like the slightly Japanese design sensibility to it. At least it feels that way to me. It's fun.

Cute clock. I like it. Be careful. The pendulum is locked down for shipping to protect it. You have to pull it away from the body of the clock to free it. Then it will swing. I used a screwdriver to gently pry it away from the post that holds it down.

This is a high quality clock with a constant sweep hand, so it doesn't have that annoying click, click, click. If you're a light sleeper, this is a good one for your woodland-themed bedroom.

Who ever said this clock is quiet is lieing, not that I'm complaining. It is so cute and it's a good size.
