I love these. I've lost track of how mamy I've purchased because I have one myself and I've bought it as a gift for family and friends several times. They've all loved it and thanked me, and also let me know how much it's helped them relax and ease their back pain. I've had mine for years and will continue to gift this any chance I get.

A little more than prickly than I thought it would be but it’s okay

Great value for the money! Fast shipping. So glad I ordered this. The pillow helps with my neck pain and the bigger pad helps with my back & hip pain. I love that this comes with both. Two in one is awesome.

Bought this set at a thrift store (Not on Amazon). Elevated my morning meditation experience in multiple ways! BUY IT!I have Autism, and have very sensitive skin, but I do not have any issues meditating on this mat shirtless. Just a little poky pain, but manageable and actually releases endorphins, so it feels really good (sort of counter intuitive, pain feeling great). A second reason this has helped my meditation game is seeing it on the floor of my study reminds me to meditate each day. Before owning this mat I would try to meditate each day, but would often forget or get too busy and move on with the days business. So, TAKE THE PLUNGE and buy it, I highly doubt you'll regret it if you are thinking about buying the mat already. Also, you can take the foam out of both mat and pillow to wash the blue fabric. I washed it after buying it (thrift shop) with no issues. Putting the foam back in was a little challenging, but still only took a few minutes.

The mat takes some getting used to definitely but works as it is supposed too.
