What a fabulous piece of kit! Easy to install, even for this Luddite. I had a little hiccup which was totally down to my ignorance. I didn't realise the camera lens had a protective seal so when I viewed the night vision it was foggy. DURR! The helpful representative solved that! Their customer service is immpecable.The camera was well packed and arrived as expected the next day. I especially like the panning and zoom feature. The magnet is a good idea as it keeps the camera stable and safe. The extra long USB cable is a boon too as most devices only come with a short cable. The camera is installed and working well. The resolution is excellent. I can watch my cocker spaniels on my smart phone overnight now without disturbing anyone. I can hear them over the device's audio monitor too and I can speak to them. It's so versatile. It's peace of mind for those of us who need to keep an eye on their home, baby, pets or teenagers at a distance! Love it. Highly recommend this camera and this retailer. Go for it! If you have a problem they will help you! You won't regret it, I certainly don't.

Does exactly what it says on the tin, i've not fully installed yet but setup is really easy, easy to use, clear picture, very slight time delay (2 secs we reckon). We did buy a hard drive to add so we could record for 7 days continuously , cost about £40 more but worth it. All in all a good buy, easy to use even for a novice, nothing bad to report.

Excellent piece of kit, Seems well made and gives very good results with one exception. It seems that if there is not a lot of contrast in the room or there is a predominance of lighter colours the quality of the night vision picture does reduce markedly, This could just be due to the Infra Red night vision light reflecting from lighter coloured walls and furnishings but it is certainly not a reason to discount this excellent camera. Daylight images are very good and colours are accurate. The mobile phone app is very easy to use and the camera is quite easy to set up, helped by prompts from the camera and the app. The camera will auto update its firmware during setup if necessary. The camera can be set to send alert videos or photos to the phone should there be "uninvited guests" around. Videos and photos can be taken manually by the phone at any time from the app.

Easy to set up and compact. However the image quality is very poor in both standard and night vision - I cannot believe this is 960p it is more like a beta max video with the tracking out. The zoom function from the app is a gimic because it distorts the picture even further. So many positive reviews I am unsure why and its not my camera settings because there isn't any for image quality unless you want SD and that's not going to help.

This was delivered quickly and is an excellent product. The instructions are clear, it was easy to install and worked perfectly. The picture quality is superb, especially on a large HD monitor. I was aware of the time lag of the real time video images, but it might be worth mentioning this in the summary product specs so that other buyers are not disappointed, if they compare the system to a hard wired camera. All in all, superb value for money which I don't think can be faulted in any way.

360C cameraDaylight images are very good and clear with the colour palette being accurate. The mobile phone app is easy to use and setting up the camera was easy. It also came with long cables. The camera sends alerts to your phone when there is a supposed “stranger” in the premises of your home. The camera kinda camouflages to the room well because it looks a bit similar to a fire detector.

One of the best things I have brought from Amazon , I have put mine on the ceiling to check on my Dog and home when I am out , it has a good intercom type thing on the app that I’ve even used to speak to somone in the room why I am out , I will be buying another to put in a bedroom above a cot to use as a baby monitor with a tablet
