FREUER Faucets Countertop/Sink Mount Soap Pump Dispenser in Oil Rubbed Bronze

Well made and pretty but they only lasted 3 months, there is some chemical process between the soap and the metal that causes some sediment to grow on the dispenser. I'm a super clean person and I'd try to remove but it somehow calcified between the part that is plastic and the metal ring that the top sits on top of, it actually broke the ring. That is why the pump stops working. I bought two, one for hand soap and one for dish soap, they both stopped working but the sediment grew faster on the one we used the most, the dish soap. Perhaps someone can find out if there is a dish soap that does not have whatever chemical (wish I knew what it was) that is causing this process. I'm going to replace with a different brand but if we use the same soap and it is the same materials basically...what is to stop it from happening to a different brand unless they coat with something to prevent this process.For the person who states that they are hard to refill because she has to unscrew from underneath the cupboard: the top lifts off and it is easy to refill. the issue is the soap and the chemical process with the metal (on bronze...may not happen to the others).I bought these a year ago and finally had them installed 3 months ago. Anyone can easily install if you have the two holes inside of your sink. We just had to wait because we had a plate covering the holes in our sink and needed to remove the entire faucet and plate or it would have been an easy installation.

I had to update my original review from a 5-star to a 2-star. The product looks good, and it easy to install as a replacement for the old countr top installed dispenser, and it was working find for the first 6 month or so -- now after a year the pump is broke and I'm spending more time trying to the pump "primed" so it can work than actually pumping soap out of it.

I had to replace my original one three times and finally replaced it with this one. I am praying this one is better than the oriiginal becasue I had a nightmare of a time with it. Try to stay with a name brand because these dont last too long. The bottom rots out and the soap falls out and ruins your cabinet and the inside rusts after a few months and you have to replace it because it stops working. Very poorly made

DO NOT PURCHASE! I had purchased two of these and each one lasted 6 months. Ended up contacting the manufacturer through email who was nice to deal with, however only thing they could do was send me another and charge me $5.00 for shipping. Did not feel it was worth "renting" another one for $5.00 for 6 months use. Recommend purchasing a well known brand and avoiding the aggravation of needing a new pump every 6 months. Also the nozzle came loose but did not fall off and the bronze finish started chipping as a tried to work on pump to get it to "free" up.......

Lasted 8 months.

Bought this in June of last year (2015)..Installed in new house, moved in in Aug... It's broken already-Emailed the company that sold it...Received the usual" sorry it's out of warrantee...Less than 8 months it lasted... Mind you, we don't even use it that much. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

The shipment arrived early; outstanding quality; excellent price and simple to install. The autobot stated that I must use more words. What else can be said? I searched at Home Depot and Lowes and found less quality at about an equal price, then thought myself in error for not shopping Amazon first. Never again!

Soap dispenser that came with my original faucet broke, but this one is great. I think this one will last a whole lot longer as it's all metal. One thing I definitely was looking for.
