Very healthy product

Really disappointed cause I love sauerkraut and I love beets but this just tastes like a foot.

I use it on everything, love the taste. Price is at least 2x local retail

With beets and carrots, I expected this to be somewhat sweet. The taste of salt overwhelmed every other flavor. I threw my serving out. I'm so sorry I wasted money on this.

I loved every bite! Tart, tangy, satisfying. Far tastier than anything I’ve had,in a jar, or from the grocery store. Buy it if you’d like a variety of textures in your fermented food. If you don’t want anything with cabbage, then just get their plain sauerkraut.

Too many beets and too little cabbage.
