My second one - Perfectly satisfies the need

I bought this for my new timing business because my current budget didn't allow for $1,500 to $2K for an LED digital race clock. I wish I had saved my money. The timer itself works just fine. Aesthetically, though, this product is very poor quality, at least the one I received. The bottom panel that says ULTRAK was warped which makes it look super cheap and unprofessional. I didn't think too much of it at first, since this clock is designed so that you can remove the plastic panel and put your own messaging in there. I just assumed I could cover it up. This is a great idea, but I have yet to be able to get something in there without it ripping or warping. I'm trying to return it to get my money back, but I'm not holding my breath. If anyone else owns one of these and has any experience with replacing the bottom panel, please let me know!UPDATE: I contacted the seller about this, and they told me to contact Ultrak because it was a warranty issue, not their problem. So I did, and the Ultrak rep seemed confused, but said she would have a new bottom panel sent out to me. That was about 12 weeks ago. Again, the clock part works. But it is impossible to make the bottom look good. Also, if you decided to use batteries in it rather than plugging it in, they are insanely difficult to put in, since the springs bend out of place when trying to get them in. All around stupid design and waste of money, poor service by the seller and the manufacturer.
