Started to take these fiber pills after my pcp suggested adding more fiber to my diet. Works as described, no stomach aches or gassiness just easy going 😂. I used to only do every 3 days, now I’m a everyday kinda gal and my tummy doesn’t look bloated 😃.

This is a wonderful product when taken properly. You should consult with your doctor before consuming these capsules. You don't want something to interfere with you medication or for you to have an allergic reaction that causes serious problems. Overall this does what is suppose to do.

I have been using these psyllium hulls for a couple of years to give me fiber. I take one a day and they work. They aren't too harsh and doesn't give me an upset stomach but keeps me regular.

I started using these about a month ago. They are a wonderful natural source of fiber. No bloating or belly aches at all. I take two in the morning with breakfast and two with dinner. I would highly recommend these over any artificial fiber supplement.
