Catering Line Roasting Rack - 9 × 13

I searched and searched for a cooling/roasting rack that would fit a quarter sheet baking pan - I'd found some great racks at a terrific price on Amazon for the half sheet baking pans, but with just two to cook for now, I don't need that big a pan to roast chicken breasts, fish fillets, etc. This rack was the closest I could find to the size I needed, BUT to fit inside the baking sheet, I had to use wire cutters and trim off the wire that goes around the edges, trimming the short side wires a bit, and now it fits. Its a pain to get out of the oven drawer with other racks, since the bare ends of the wires are poking out and entangle in all sorts of things. But even in this altered state, the racks are sturdy and easy to clean. Would've gotten five stars if it was the right size at this price.

Great for baking chicken because the drippings go onto the pan. Really like this product and would recommend this product!
