This product is AMAZING!!! Super absorbent, locks in odor, super strong sticky tabs, nice smooth plastic backing AND it comes in several colors! :D I've had no issues wearing these to work, amusement park, fun festivals, etc. I buy these all the time, they're a very important staple in my stash. I love them so much!5/5 stars for absorbency! I can wear these all day and feel 100% protected! I normally change every 6-8(MAX) hours, usually every 6 though and I've never had a leak in that time.I/5 stars for comfort because sometimes find I have to adjust the extra wing plastic that's on the inside of the diaper because it can kind of scrunch together and it can be a little uncomfortable, but that's easily fixed by re-straightening them. And in the summer, these diapers can get pretty warm since these ones are plastic backed, they're not breathable like a cloth-backed one would be. For more breathable protection, I buy the MegaMax AirLocks from NorthShore. They're the same as these just cloth-backed.5/5 stars for the price. Yes, these are a little on the pricier side, but I've never found anything on the same level as these that aren't AB/DL products and even these are about the same as those, so I think they're very well priced. The quality is worth the extra money in my opinion.Overall, I think these are amazing diapers and definitely worth the cost!!! :D10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

We bought this brand, medium size, for a 200lb bedridden, immobile patient. After the failure of another brand, we were quite anxious to find something better. NorthShore was it! This is like the Taj Mahal of diapers! The outer plastic material is sturdy and holds up to a fair bit of tugging as we adjusted the placement underneath our patient (although there is a limit to that). The tabs are easily readjusted and still hold their sticking power. The absorbency is also fantastic and does well even with BMs. There are effective outer and inner elastics around the legs to prevent leakage. For us, all this makes the higher cost worth the money - especially so after having to throw out the previous package of another brand.The only drawback is that they ship from Illinois (we are on the west coast) making it important to plan ahead for shipment time. Expediting costs are expensive.

These adult diapers are the best ones we’ve tried for my mother. She has dementia and is bedridden. We do add a large Tena (paddle shaped) pad to the inside; however, I feel like we could go without the additional pad if we wanted because these diapers have a decent pad inside. They’re a little pricey compared to the other adult diapers we’ve tried, but worth it since they work so well. The other ones we use are the Tena ProSkin Overnight Super Protective adult incontinence diapers.

The important thing to mention right off the back is that this company has my full support. Their story is great and the customer service is excellent. Along with that, they sent a free sample of the product in a different color and a some wipes to go with them!! So cool!An important side note is that the size is pretty big. I have a 34 in waist and they sit high up compared to other similar products. This is a good thing for me personally. During nighttime’s, I feel it improves the performance and the assurance that things will stay dry throughout the night.I toss and turn throughout the night so it’s important that the tapes are strong, and I’ve had no issue with these tapes. For around 4 dollars per product too, they last a long time and the comfort and ease of mind are well worth it. Thank you for making a great product!

I use these mainly for sleep rarely for outings cause my bladder was damaged from my last job, but they can hold a lot and if you use liners for maxi's or just a pad in general you can increase it more but it adds to the bulk of the MegaMax depending on how many you use or where you place them if you center it.I've not had a leak yet, and when I sleep I myself feel very secure and comfortable the tabs have yet to fail me so far for me that is. I've put them on and undone quite a few times just to see if they did as advertised so far yes. I did have 2 of them do a Tab failure and fall off and one just would not stick but that happens to any and all tab style diapers I'm not gonna down grade them over it it happens.But for the price they are very worth probably better if bought in a case instead of a pack but if you are testing for your situation do a pack they are fairly discreet unless you add "fluff" to them and or paddingreally won't show through cloths if you where a baggy pants or shorts, kind of crinkly sometimes if the it's to silent but in public that is not a problem at allI've also yet to go to work in them so I have to hold some judgment until them but so far 4/5 great product!!

I don’t write many reviews, but had to for this one. I take care of my elderly father and we’ve tried quite of few adult diapers and they were all so bad. My dad has to take diuretics and drink lots of water so it makes him have to pee a lot and so I needed something that could hold a lot of urine… well these do the job and then some. I’ve never had a diaper break or leak even overnight not once. They are super absorbent and tough. He’s not had any rashes or anything and he has sensitive skin. Definitely worth the purchase .
