Nice bike with gears.
With the first delivery, the package was damaged to the point that I told FedEx I was not going to accept it.I called the company in California which stated that a new bike would be sent in lieu of it, once the damaged adult tricycle is received at their location. So said , so done. The next package was delivered with minor damage to the packaging. I assembled it. There was no damage to the bike and it looked extra special. Currently, this bike is at a local charity that is conducting God's work.

Don’t waste your money
Not possible to assemble without grinding sanding and re-drilling hole, gearing won’t line up only has three working gears.

Big & Heavy
Took a long time to put together. The seat is a little off. This bike is big and heavy.

Nice bike. Seat was ripped & was replaced. Tire defective but they refuse to replace.
Bike came with a ripped seat. They did send me a new seat.Then the tire had a seam defect and it split. So far they have refused to send a new tire & inner tube.

openbox
This bike looks like someone openbox or some one's returned item. The component are not well packed. The the chain cover holes do not match with the tricycle. we have to drill holes to put it on.

Quality Product
Very happy with this purchase for my Mother. She loves the bike and rides almost every day. Just a word of warning - assembly does take some time and effort.

Hate it can not ride it to big and high not appropriate for senior citizens
