Look beautiful except mailed in an envelope so posts on earrings are both bent

The earrings are beautiful and very well-represented by the photos and video -- clear, rich colors and very sparkly! Love the electric blue, and the AB coating on the rose crystal gives the earrings extra pizzazz. However, an Amazon robot (because I cannot imagine that a human being would do this) shipped these post earrings in a completely flat, non-padded envelope, with not even a shred of bubble wrap. The thin plastic bag is punctured with dozens of holes, as is the flat brown paper envelope, and the posts arrived completely bent over. It's a tribute to Sorrelli quality that the posts didn't snap off completely during shipping, and survived being very slowly straightened with jewelry pliers. And a tribute to Swarovski quality that the crystals somehow survived without being chipped, scratched, or annihilated. JEFFREY PRESTON BEZOS! (in your mother's voice) -- Reprogram the bots! And surely you can afford a penny for a square of bubble wrap -- honestly, these earrings deserve a box for protection from the metal-crushing forces you are subjecting them to.

When the earrings arrived, the posts were all bent down. Amazon should have done a better job packaging these. They were in a small plastic bag on an earring card however just enclosed in a brown paper envelope type thing.

I have wanted these earrings for a while now. They are Super Beautiful and worth every penny!!!!!

Bright, eye-catching, sparkly earrings. These are so beautiful! Colors look as vibrant and clear as on the computer screen. Feels like they light up the face.
