I originally purchased this and it did break,so I contacted the seller,they were great!! Very responsive and send me a replacement.. Thank you...I've purchased previously and not a problem at all,I don't take it off and it still looks beautiful!!!!

I bought my first anklet from them recently, and I loved it some much that I bought a second one about a week later. I was very disappointed when the first one broke within a week or two of purchase so I sent it back to try out the lifetime warranty. But, when the second one broke shortly thereafter, I contacted the company and they immediately sent me 2 new replacement anklets which I received yesterday. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied so I will definitely buy from them again!As far as the anklets are concerned, I think the 2 that broke were just a "fluke" as they appear to be rather sturdy, and I love how they look on my ankles! I had been looking for "diamond" anklets for a long time, so I was happy to find some!

This anklet is beautiful but not well made. I sent my first one back because it fell off and i almost lost it. Im on my 2nd one but the little rings around the clasp keep coming apart (it probably should be soldered) but because its so beautiful im going to order a 3rd one just so i can have it when this one eventually falls off.Update: customer service is great so i give 5 stars

Crummy jewelry… I wore it for a very short time, before it lost a link, and I’m so glad I noticed, or I’d be out over $30 ! I was lucky my son found it in the sand, and now I’ve repaired it myself so it hopefully won’t blow out another link! Had it less than 2 weeks

Where do I even begin? This anklet is perfect in every sense of the word. IT LOOKS EXACTLY IF NOT EVEN BETTER THAN THE PICTURE, I mean wow. I NEVER take it off, it has been in the ocean/pool (over 20 times) and i shower with it every day. The quality of this anklet is just as beautiful and intact as the first day I received it and don’t get me started with how amazing the customer service is. If it ends up breaking you can email them and they’ll send a new one for free. Will definitely be purchasing more of their jewelry because PERFECT.
