Product functioned as expected. When it failed replacement was quick and friendly.

We bought this lamp for indoor and outdoor use. The first lamp had few hours of operation until the switch "burned" out. The replacement lamp switch also "burned" out but included additional issue of two crossed wires shorting out. Very poorly designed, including the flimsy pull cord off/on switch and no insulation from the heat the lamp generates. If you purchase be prepared to install an inline heavy duty rocker switch and it is not easy.

The media could not be loaded.  I was very impressed with this heater. It took less than 5 minutes to put together (WAY easier than any kids toys) and the base is light enough to move but heavy enough that it won’t fall over easily. There were a handful of brackets and other metal pieces that there weren’t clear directions on what to do with but I figured it was for booting it to the floor somehow. I love that it turns on with the pull cord. I wasn’t sure how hot it would get but you can definitely feel the heat radiating from it. I can’t wait for it to get cold outside to use this for game nights in our garage.

Wish this had 2 heat settings. Besides that, it’s a good size and perfect for our small screened in porch.

Works great sitting around our patio table. Heat isn't an issue but we have breezes all the time so doesn't seem like it's working so it's something we need to live with. Very nice looking. Easy to put together. So far worth the price.

This heater was super simple to assemble and I liked that it produced a light for outside when turned on. Downfalls are that it didn’t put off heat like it said it would at “up to 15 ft”, you literally had to stand right underneath it to feel anything at all, and after 2 months of using it maybe a total of 4 hours, it stopped working. Won’t turn on. The bulb may need to be changed or something, but I’m not putting forth MORE money for something that doesn’t work that well in the first place. One other thing, when I turned it on, it dimmed our bedroom lights on the other side of the wall. I guess it was using THAT MUCH power to do it but nothing to show for it. I wanted to love it, but not worth the extra money.

Sadly just does not give off enough heat to really do anything. Even lowered it so it was closer to guests sitting, though you'd pretty much would have to be sitting directly under it a foot away to even feel any heat.Wish I kept the packaging to return it.

We love it! Will this be great in sub zero temperatures… No. Does this work when it’s a little chilly and uncomfortable outside… Yes! It will definitely extend the time you can sit outside, and it gives a lot of light! This is the highest wattage heater you can plug in to a regular outlet so if you need more you need propane, natural gas or a special electrical outlet and different heater.
