Be warned! I purchased this ink refill for the CISS that is attached to my HP C5180 printer. The e-store that I purchased my CISS from is no longer open and I settled on this refill kit. The ink kit arrived on time and in good condition. However, there were no easy refill tips for the bottles. The seller indicated that they had run out and offered a partial refund that never came.When the black ink well was low (< 1/2" of ink remaining) I refilled with the provided black ink using a small plastic funnel. I'm not sure what happened, but over time my black ink stopped printing in Black and started printing more of a Dark Gray color. Then lines (lack of ink on paper) started to appear on my print jobs and progressed until the text was impossible to read. I checked the ink cartridge and cleaned the print head numerous times...sometime it got better but most times it did not. Finally I detached the black ink well and cartridge from the CISS and emptied the ink back into the bottle. The bottom of the inkwell contained a sludge; my guess is the 2 inks were not compatible. I disconnected the tubing between the well and cartridge and emptied the cartridge with a syringe then cleaned out the well with water and waited for it to dry. I also used the syringe to remove as much ink as I could from the port inside the printer. I found the tubing to be completely stained which never occured with the original ink. I cannot say that this ink is "bad" but I can say that the 2 inks do not mix well.The Dark Gray color persists but this could be due to residual original ink that has mixed with new ink. I hope this problem goes away. I have not refilled any of the color inks. I would recommend running most of your old ink out, then empty and clean the inkwell and cartridge before adding this ink to your CISS system. This is a time consuming and messy task so I hope others will be able to buy ink from the same company that they bought their CISS form. I am now going to look for a new piece of tubing to replace the stained (and probably partially clogged) old tubing.

Although this is advertised as HP02 printer ink (and technically it may be) the tip and instructions ARE NOT for this ink, and are not as advertised. See attached photos. First, the instructions are for a printer that may have been built in 1987. This is NOT an HP02 ink cartridge in the photo or the instructions. Second, the tip absolutely cannot refill the HP02 cartridges (see photo with the actual cartridge and the un-cut tip, note that the instructions say to cut the tip effectively making a tip that is far too wide even wider).This ink may be fine, however due to the bottle design, poor instructions, I am returning unopened. If this is the ink in the bottle in which you can actually use, then I cannot comment on the quality of the ink. I can say however that I this was a first try at refilling my own cartridges, and will now just purchase the new HP ink or possible attempt professionally refilled ink in the future.

Was received right a way. Perfect just like it shows. I'm really happy that I purchased and installed the CIS/CISS, works great. Refill is priced very reasonable..

Can't use on a remanufactured or original cartridge. Will not accept the ink if it does it leaks all over your hands and printer.

Product arrived quickly. I have not found any noticeable flaws with this ink when printing. Priced reasonably.
