Product arrived on time, even though the seller did reach out and say there was a delay by 1 week they still managed to deliver it within the original time frame can't say how impressed I am with their honesty, updates and delivery,first class service. I programmed and fitted within 5 mins. Great replacement for our old one. Especially like the modification to the back compared to our old one. Hopefully we will get another 10 years out of this like we did our old one

Our controller started playing up a month or so ago, where it would not turn the shower on saying the controller was too far away from the pump. Resetting did not fix and now and again leaving it for days without batteries would make it work again but only for a couple of weeks. Took the plunge buying a new one hoping it would work and after the simple pair as second controller, it is now working as expected. Hope that helps anyone with the same issue.

Replacement for original fitting that had broken. Quick delivery, simple to pair to the digital mixer, shower back to normal operations.

I bought this as a replacement for my existing one which was 5.75 years old starting to struggle with battery life and even after leaving it in rice to help remove any dampness the battery life did improve but I decided to replace it. Easy to fit and re-sync to the mira wireless - I had to fir the new backplate ( though same drilled holes were in the right place) as the backplate was slightly different as Mira has re designed the controller as it now has a screwed on sealed backplate to seal the battery compartment which in my opinion is a good move. New controler works a treat

Using instructions book said press start & + till the word END comes up didn't So turned off at mains power as switch is in the attic switch main back on The control box makes makes a wirling sound press start on control Bingo connected the word END appears set time temp as instructions in book

I purchased the controller as the original controller suddenly stopped working after 6 years - displaying the "control out of range symbol". On receipt I followed the instructions for connecting a second wireless controller and hey presto it worked first time. A little more expensive that I thought it should be (hence the 4 stars) but definately cheaper than arranging a service/repair visit.
