UltraTouch 01921 12 Watt 12 Volt UL Listed Anti Microbial Soft Elongated Bowl Electrically Heated Biscuit Toilet Seat for Standard American Bathrooms

I shudder to think of what the video review of this product might look like, so I opted for written. Contrary to other reviews indicating problems, I found it to be reliable. I purchased my first UltraTouch heated toilet seat several years ago, about 6 to 8 years. I purchased another instead of competitor seats because it's just a plain old seat with heat making a lower price. Unless you need night lights, fans, deodorants and whatever else is offered I recommend this seat. Use it year-round - the electricity cost is minimal considering the comfort offered.

I bought this 3 times and the first time it was good and warm. The second two time it was not to warm.

First one was DOA (was replaced at no cost). Second one lasted about a year before dying.Its a nice product when it works - so I am order yet another one.Update: 1 year later, third one died the same way the second one died: wire broke. I am not ordering a fourth one

Buy it your will like it. Please mention round seat even thought the picture shows a round seat. The shape on the description has elongated. The store has acknowledged the error and is working to correct it.
