works reasonably well
The image shows a thread sealant that is supposed to keep air leaking past the threads while loosened. Mine had no such sealant. As a result, they spin quite freely while loosened and I'm not confident that they're airtight while bleeding. Also, it takes some trial and error to loosen them the proper amount and the pedal feel is very strange while bleeding, not giving much tactile feedback during the process. This might be vehicle specific though and this was my first time using this type of bleeder. I think you're still better off having a helper to avoid a ton of in and out of the vehicle to check on the progress. After my first attempt at all four, I think I still have some air in the lines, so I'll have to try a second round, but overall, it's definitely easier than standard bleeder screws.

Perfect for my caliper rebuild.
I replaced the OEM repair kit bleeder with one of these. Speed bleeders are a good option if you work alone. The caps were pretty cheap, just a standard vacuum cap, so I replaced them with something a bit more robust.

Must have for C2 and C3 owners
I had worked at bleeding the rear brakes on my 73 Corvette for hours. I tried gravity bleeding, vacuum bleeding and pumping the pedal bleeding. I still was getting air bubbles. I put grease on the threads of my stock bleeder valves and was still getting air bubbles.Once I installed the Russell bleeder valves, I had my brakes bled within half an hour. Great product and well worth the money. I bought 2 sets for the dual bleed screw setup on Corvette brakes. No regrets!

Fit well. Allowed for great success in bleeding the Willwood brakes on my custom bike.
I liked the extended length of the speed bleeder as it allowed me to turn the body of the speed bleeder with little interference from the base of the caliper using 1/4” box end wrench.

Easy bleeding
Perfect fit for my Wilwood calipers. Quick, easy, and cleaner process to bleed the brakes by myself.

Fits Wilwood 4 piston calipers
These fit wildwood calipers which use 1/4-28 threads. Nice made in USA parts! They work as advertised. Remember to bottom them out totally before opening them 1/4 turn to bleed. In other reviews, I see discussions regarding the function of the material on the threads. According to Russell, it is thread sealant (not thread locker) to prevent air being pulled back into caliper when backed out 1/4 turn (see pic). Recommend checking the valves after test drive to ensure that there are no small leaks which may indicate that the part is not fully bottomed out.

Snapped in half just like others have reported
Got the first one in no problem and made bleeding the brake a breeze. Installed the second one and it kept turning, never got tight and then snapped in half leaving half inside the caliper. It took next to no torque for this to happen. This is an obvious design flaw that needs to be addressed by Russell/Edlebrock as this has happened to many others according to reviews. I was able to remove the broken piece from the caliper by shoving an allen wrench into the broken fitting and turning it back out. This was the last step to getting this car back on the road and now i am delayed a couple more days while I order a new set. Hopefully I can get one to tighten without breaking. These do work great IF they do not snap in half. Just one tip if you do purchase these:1) Only tighten them to the point to where the brake fluid stops flowing even if they keep turning.

Brake Bleeding Made Easy
Well worth the price in making brake bleeding way more efficient and effective. No need to have help pumping the pedal or going back and forth from pedal to slave cylinders by yourself. Easily gets more air out of the system to make your brakes safer.
