Works well, can't handle much current
They work as expected. I fried one open trying to run a motor with it before switching to a relay. (It's a reed switch so I blame myself for that.)The only reason I took a star off is they occasionally get stuck (gonna say twice out of about 600 times).

Great watering solution!
Had great luck with these building an automatic tree watering system. With wires at the top they are NC switches that open when the water level rises. I used two in series so that if one jammed or failed there would still not be an overflow. I used it with a 5V pump I found on Amazon and a USB power bank. If this helped please click below! Thanks!

Works great for our reef tank controller with Apex
Worked great and just as advertised. Added one to my skimmers lid another one to my top off container and return pump section of my sump. All connected to my BOB of my apex for safety and set up alerts and actions. Great purchase

Worth it
So far I have used one float switch on an auto top off for my salt water aquarium and it has been working excellent for a couple weeks. No issues or complaints. Well worth it

Easy to setup and use. Seems like it will be reliable to detect issues with sump pump before they become a problem. Good value.

reversing the floats on these does not change the continuity of the switch as claimed
reversing the float had no effect on the continuity of the switch despite the description. In my case with the switch in a vertical position and the wires at the top it was normally closed with the float at the bottom and normally open with the float at the top. This was backwards of what I needed and reversing the float had no effect. They were useless in my case in this configuration.

Beware!
I bought this to run a 24VDC solenoid valve to supply makeup water to my aquarium and after 3 days it malfunctioned and almost flooded me. I tested all 6 switches and only 1 was truly “open”. I should have known better and bought a higher quality switch.
