Beautiful clear finish
This is a really neat product! Sands great. I would recommend the sealer product they offer first. I didn't, and it fish-eyed in some spots over cured oil stain. Perfect for going over water-based products. It does stink pretty bad though it says it doesn't. Everyone was complaining about the smell. Wear protection, especially when sanding -this stuff can't be good for the body. Wish it was more afordable!!I'll be buying more for sure.

This stuff worked amazingly!
I bought this to fill in some missing chunks. I’m turning this surfboard into art and needed it to be more level. This stuff did the trick, and now it’s ready for a light sand and I can start my art project.

Thick!
Nice product although the most costly choice. Does exactly what it supposed to. Very thick but does not drip and dries clear and hard with no stickiness. 2 oz will go a long, long way. I recommend this product for tying fishing flies over all the others. I'm satisfied with this product!

Grain Sealer Filler... A good product, but not what I was hoping for.
I bought this to test sealing and filling guitar bodies. The test was on a worst case scenario - a plywood body. The jug says "Grain Sealer Filler", I think the "filler" wasn't added to the contents inside of the jug.PROS:In good direct sunlight, it cures fast, as it should.Low odor (it is not odor free, smelling like a weak epoxy).Reasonably easy to use.Reasonably easy to clean up.Sands easily - a big plus! It's not lacquer ( I see that as a plus ).A little goes a long way, but each coat is VERY thin.CONS:Price.Somewhat messy. Some odor.Minimal "filling" ability.Runs easily, which can be a hardened mess.I don't know if this product is compatible with 3M Micro balloons. If so, filling characteristics may be greatly enhanced. That will be future test, if the balloons are compatible with this UV resin.Overall, I was pleased by the process, even though it wasn't all I expected. The instructions list 3 coats, and I think that must be a minimum suggested application number. My testing went well, and while I'll use the remainder of the product on other projects, I don't think it is the filler that I'm looking for in the long run.

Amazing cure, clear as glass. Maybe if you cut off your nose this could be considered low odor
Great product, extremely clear cure, very durable. Not sure where they figure this to be low odor because this clears out my garage quick. Take the proper precaution with safety gear please as with any resin/epoxy. Take being in a heavily ventilated area seriously, or wear the proper mask/gloves. Will be buying this product again. Amazing stuff and the applications are endless.

Please beware
It smells extremely strong and not suitable for indoor areas. Does not bond well to many substrates including itself. It does constrict and ripple when UV is introduced causing an uneven surface. It is not as hard as laquor and kind of resembles a plastic. It does have hardening issues at times and may leave a resin feeling grease on top of the finish after turning hard. Almost like there is some sort of chemical separation happening that should not be occurring. We have had many occasions where the top surface was hard in the sun for an hour only to have pieces of the finish flake off revealing an uncured sticky goo layer underneath. I have tried contacting the company to no avail. I am not sure what the list of good reviews on here for the product unless there is an extremely poor QC process where the compound is blended and manufactured. I feel like some of these problems are from improper mixing of compounds when manufacturing. Which then begs the bigger question, are the chemical claims of safety standards on the product accurate.

Highly recommended
Used this to pore fill a Swamp ash guitar body. There is definitely odor associated with the process, so apply it in a well ventilated room. Sands smooth. If you are debating between Aquacoat, or Z poxy - I would recommend this over those. You can really finish a guitar body within an hour on a sunny day with 4 coats and sanding between them. Z poxy and Aquacoat will take you several days. Also, the pint will last 15+ bodies.

Good for light color, non porous wood only
Used this on some redwood as a sealer and clear coat in one. It was a failure. The resin soaked into the wood and everything below the surface never cured. Sunlight couldn’t get to it. I tried a UV flashlight and that didn’t fix it either. Huge pain. Going to use Z-Poxy going forward. With pine, I had better results. Less porous and a light color to reflect light back through the resin to cure the deeper stuff.

A toutes vitesse
This product does exactly what it says on the tin. Very fast cure time with no slime. I am able to sand with no problems. I recommend a UV/black light of at least 20W power which I use to great effect. The only issue I have is that this stuff may not have any VOCs, but it stinks.

Buy it!
I still can't believe how well this works as a top coat, my wife has a UV light for curing gel nails and it worked perfectly on this stuff.I'll never go back to traditional lacquer/varnish now, going from application to level sanding in minutes makes this stuff well worth the price.I'm in the UK and I didn't realise that a US pint is less than a UK pint. Because of this, the bottle was slightly smaller than I thought it would be. I will say that after putting 7 or 8 coats on a guitar body, I haven't even used half.TLDR: BUY IT!
