VitanicaUplift, Mood and Emotional Support, Vegan/Vegetarian, 120 Capsules

I have taken other medications to try to balance my mildly depressive nature. They took the edge off, but then I realized I missed the edge. I also don't trust the drug industry, and I don't want side effects. A naturopathic doctor recommended this product (along with other vitamins) and it really helps. Uplift has ginkgo biloba and St. John's wort, and some other stuff. I feel great mentally and physically, and I rarely visit the doctor. I’ve used this product for years. My Naturopathic doc prescribed it for mood balancing for my extremely early onset menopause (I was 38!) and it FOR TRUE does work. It works sooo much better even than any of the antidepressants prescribed by my therapist. They uplift & balance, just like it says it does, but without any side effects or extreme mood changes. Was recommended by my doctor, but it is a combination med, and I had an allergy to one of the ingredients. I think it helped me, until the reaction.

This product was given to me by my naturopath as a mood changer, and it really works! I took it every dayso that it built up in my system. Hopefully you will see a difference like I did.

I expected this would take weeks to have any effect on my moods but within hours my physical energy level had begun to improve, and within a day I noticed the irritability had gone. The drawback to that is the same as with any fast-acting medication--it has a short half-life so if you miss a dose you notice it pretty quickly.

I have continuously felt comfortable using this fast-acting and natural product. I have even recommended it to others not currently taking anti-depressants who need an emotional boost. Also, I struggle with absorption of medicines and this product has never upset my stomach, even without food.
