I love this roller. I originally bought one for myself and loved it so much that I bought one for my dad - we both struggle with fibromyalgia and misc body pain; he uses his every morning and it helps him a great deal. I can honestly say the same.I love how this unit is "customizable" - the gears can be taken off and put back on in any order you like. (Personally, I like to have my roller set up in a reverse "scoop" - largest gears on the outer sides, going down in size towards the middle - very effective for me).I love this roller and would highly recommend it to anyone. One thing I'm not happy about: when I bought the two rollers they were $13 each. To raise the price nearly double (now they are $20 each) turns me off from buying a third - which is what I *was* going to do today. But I'll pass. I'm not a fan of price gouging.Anyways - it's a great roller. Hope the seller has a good reason to raise the rise by such a high percentage. Don't let that prevent you from buying; they work and work well. Enjoy!

Easy to use. The individual pieces on the roller are made of plastic with a slight point so if you don't have sensitive skin it's perfect!

I like this product for its adjustability and being able to move the pieces around if you desire. I find that it is not for pin point pressure like the ones that have the spikes, thought that is an individual preference for me.It provides a decent amount of pain relief, for me the little spikes provides more, but if I didn’t have the other one I purchased at the same time to compare it too, I would really like this for the relief it does provide.It can be used at any time, it is long so kind of awkward for travel, but in a suitcase it would be fine. Easy to use and easy to make adjustments to the center pieces for different feels and areas on the body.

Impressive for relaxing muscles especially when they are sore from overwork.

I like the pointy cogs on this roller. You can dig into tight muscles without a lot of pressure. An effective roller for the price!

You can rearrange the pieces, but they don't stay, they move side to side. I prefer just a regular roller.

This roller is easy to use and is very effective in releasing muscle cramps. I use it primarily on my calves andam pleased with the results.

Now I like a super deep tissue massage here, but this just hurts like the devil… choose something else
