Norwegian Gold First Omega, 60 Fish Gels

The pill is great because of it's burp free. The size is wonderful because it is not difficult to swallow. the others in this bran are very large. Please bring this product back.

Not too sure what happened here! We have been buying the Norweigan Gold "First Omega" fish oils for quite some time now, however these were not like every other bottle we have bought. This one smells horrible when you open it up, just like a foul fishy odor. It doesn't taste too good going down either, and it does give you fishy burps! Previously when purchasing this product, we NEVER had this problem! You could even stick your nose in the bottle and they didn't smell. Not sure if these were old or we got a bad batch but it is not good!

I've been buying this particular brand of fish oil for several years because they truly are (or WERE) burpless and most importantly, did not smell like fish. They had a very light orange flavor. My most recent order, which I opened without examining the box carefully - BECAUSE I'VE BEEN ORDERING THESE FOR YEARS - smells like fish. And does not have the orange essence flavoring. They are disgusting and unusable for me. I'm extremely disappointed in this product - feel like it was a bait and switch on the change.

I like these pills as they are smaller than most fish oil pills. I can comfortably swallow them. There is no fishy aftertaste.

I have been using this product for at least ten years, and have enjoyed excellent health and fitness. Price and delivery are outstanding.

Been using these for a few months. Not bad. My fiance is crazy about fish oil and based on research mentioned these are the best low-mercury option, with the different omega-types, that are also "burp-free". I didn't have the experience of the first reviewer. Have noticed that they are not completely burp-free, but if taken before breakfast, I'll only have maybe one/two small and not too fishy burps. If taken without food - I definitely have a few fishy burps with them. Can not stand taking other pills that are not burp free at all. GNC also makes decent ones that are completely burp-free, but don't have quite the same quality of oil.

The coating is too hard and it hurts my esophagus going down. It's shaped like a football and I think the problem is that it easily turns sideways. I have no problem with taking any other pills.
