Boody Women's Shaper Bra - Crop Bralettes

I am an older woman and wear a 38 C/D and bought a medium hoping it would be a bit tighter and offer a bit of support. I also have lupus and have a really difficult time wearing a bra but feel naked without one. This is the perfect alternative. It doesn't offer any support but it does offer a bit of lift and control so my breasts aren't tucking into my waistline and aren't flopping free. I also like that it allows my breasts to lay more naturally to the sides and doesn't smash them together into a uniboob. I would not recommend this for even a light impact workout, but it's fine for flow yoga or pilates. It's also fine for running errands around town, though I wear it with a looser shirt rather than something form-fitting. It does keep my chest more motionless than going braless. If you are looking for support and shaping, this is definitely NOT the bra for you. However, if you just want something natural with a slight lift, less motion, and pure comfort, it's definitely worth the $20.

I posted the bra fits somewhat small, but it stretches out to fit and holds everthing in place even though I would prefer it a tad bit larger and let me say this first off.....I HATE ALL BRAS ! ..... Until I found the Boody Ecowear bamboo bra and because I love the feel of material made with bamboo (I have bamboo sheets, shirts, socks......) I decided to give it a try and ordered my first one . When it got here I was shocked....the box was so tiny and when I took it out I thought you got to be joking .I'll never get this on but as I mentioned it stretches out and actually fits but the best part is it's absolutely the most comfortable bra EVER to me because I forget I have it on and have even fell asleep in it ......Plus I've ordered 2 more because my mother stole my first one from me . We both hated bras so much that if we had to wear one it was a running joke that all we could think about is getting home and ripping them off .I've even taken them off in my car before making it home .Finally I just gave up wearing one , which was embarrassing for all because I'm not young anymore and going braless at my age was just plain ugly,tasteless and tacky, but NO MORE because I took a chance and ordered one more bra to try and it's THE ONE AND ONLY ! Like I've said in other reviews......it's the little things in life .......comfortable bra makes for happy woman ! If your on the fence take a chance and order one.....I believe you'll be happier for it like me .

The size chart is NOT ACCURATE. According to the size chart, I’m in the middle range for a large. It fits, but doesn’t give enough coverage, for a Light/Medium coverage as a SPORTS Bra. It has NO SUPPORT whatsoever! I would not even put it under a Tshirt. No where does the product say there are no returns. I have sent 2 emails requesting to an exchange. I’ve received 2 computer generated responses, “we received your email and are checking into it.” Unless you ABSOLUTELY know this product, do NOT take a chance on it as you’ll be stuck with no options. I never would have tried an unknown product had I realized I could not exchange it. Find a physical store so you can try it on for an accurate size. I bought it because I’m experimenting with bamboo garments. Do NOT buy ANYTHING that says “TOTAL WELLNESS” for BOODY. It’s made me Totally ILL!This is an update to my original review. BOODY company came through and replaced the bra. I’m very impressed. This casual/sport bra is NOT for full busted women. I’m close to the borderline. If you consider yourself full busted, bra will not be acceptable as it has very light support. The bamboo material is so comfortable. I’m new to wearing bamboo and completely love the feel. Part of being a great company another not a good company is how customer service issues are handled. Thank you, Boody for having excellent customer service. I’m rerating this to 4 stars because I do believe an adjustment to the size chart needs to be reviewed since it runs small.

I really wanted to like this bra. I love the feel of bamboo material and of having my back uncovered. Scoop back anything is so hard to find these days, everything is racer back. I was super excited to get it.Sadly the material in the armpit area goes up waaaaaay too high so that it is digging into my pits and feels like the circulation is being cut off in my arms. The little arm holes are soooo tiny and I have skinny arms! This is unfortunate because the material is soft and breathable and the band at the bottom is flexible enough that you don't feel the need to rip it off after a few hours.I kept "forgetting" and trying to wear it but I just don't like my armpits being covered/pressed on like that, I ended up taking it off right away each time. I got a much better fitting bamboo bra from Cache Couer for about the same cost that I can wear all day and not want to take off (though it has a lace back).For reference, I'm 5'4" 125 in between a B&A cup and got a x-small, in the boobs and band it fit perfect. Made the girls look very nice. Don't think a bigger size would fix the armpit issue though, from the pictures it looks like that's just the design. If you wear a lot of tight t-shirts this might not bother you.

Boody had a little more stretch than I expected which is not a problem, though I would consider ordering the next size down next time.One of the shoulder straps fits a bit more loosely and starts to wander off down my shoulder slightly, this may rectify with a smaller size.I don't have much to support and I've never worn boulder holders with wires and the Boody is the best non wire option I've ever worn in my over fifties life.The comfort is exceptional! I'd love more colour options.

Comfortable and fits perfectly. I got a medium and am typically 36A. Very thin so don't buy this expecting much support, but for my smaller size it is a great every day bra. It is challenging to find a sports bra without a racer back so I appreciate the wide back and low neck, good for wider neck shirts.

Supportive enough for daily wear, not exercise.I wear a DD or DDD and still feel comfy wearing this out. I was looking for a bra that was not restricting but still maintained respectability. This one fit the bill. Originally I ordered a L but the bra is stretchy enough that the next time I ordered I ordered a M.

This is exactly what I needed, no pinch, no bulge, nothing itchy or rubbing, light weight, natural support and breathable. I wear an ample size UK cup size (36EE) and chose a 'Large' size. As you see it is snug enough to be a bra (lift your arms above your head without your boob popping out of the bottom of the cup). Especially importantly, the straps do not slide down every single time you move. Believe me this is a real issue and if you have never experienced it you are truly blessed. The fact that it is Ecowear is also a big bonus and bigger sized ladies should not feel that being big means that you must wear some kind of structural engineering project made of lace and Meccano in a ghastly shade of fuchsia and lime green. For one you will struggle to conceal its colour under the thickest of fabric, the straps are so thick that you can't fail to see them bulge under a beautiful fitted shirt and not to mention the discomfort of actally wearing it!This bra will naturally get mixed reviews because people who have warn a bra that is ill fitting most of their lives don't realise how having a bra that sits with their natural form is better for posture and lymphatic drainage.
