Don't waste your money on other brands. This really provides pain relief. Can be hard to find in stores because it's often sold out. This is where Amazon saves the day.

I heard so much about Biofreeze for years that I finally invested in this and it sure is an investment considering how much they cost. They are a mess to deal with if you are trying to slap one on a shoulder muscle all by yourself. They crumple up into about half their size even if you follow the directions to the tee. They did give me some pain relief for nearly the 8 hours, but as soon as I remove them, the pain is back fiercely. When I compare them with what I usually use for pain, thermacares, it's not worth saving $1.64 or so. Thermacare heals and Biofreeze just hides.

I have full thickness rotator cuff tear. These patches help amazingly with pain and soreness in my neck and shoulder.
