Arrived on time. Perfectly perfect. Installation was easy (for the plumber, that is) and I absolutely love it. Elegant and stylish and adds a classic, "historical/period accuracy" to my 100 year old bathroom/house. And for a much less expensive version of the one that Koehler sells. Could not be happier with this purchase!

The toilet in and of itself is beautiful and works very well. My only disappointment was Amazon having cancelled the installation for it on the very day that I was heading to the property to be there for the installation. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told that, upon scanning my receipt for what I paid someone else to service the installation, they would pay the difference of what I agreed to pay Amazon. I scanned the receipt and e-mailed it and have yet to see any kind of a credit. It was a nominal difference but that attention to detail and promise from Amazon would have made a difference to me.

It works. Gravity fed traditional toilet. Nothing "high efficiency" about it other than it has insufficient capacity. The tank is large enough that it should accommodate a more modern mechanism should I ever get around to modifying it. In the meantime a few extra flushes and daily swabbing makes it acceptable. Another example of misguided attempts at conservation. I need another toilet and will buy a name-brand item for a few dollars more. Maybe their mechanism will be better.

Bought this for my daughter. She loves it. Came with everything, even a very nice seat. Easy installation.

Very nice after dinner ware. Flushes great.
