I bought one of these for my mother in law who is in a care home and for this reason, she can no longer use her aromatherapy oil burner. I bought this along with some lavender oil and found it very easy to plug in and operate - although she hasn't managed to switch it on herself yet, it's actually a doddle. Put the water in, add two drops of essential oil, pop the lid on, click into place and press the button. You can have the light as one colour, changing colour or not on at all, so options to suit everyone. It is soundless, so would be suitable to use at night. I love the dramatic vapour that is emitted - all in all a good buy. So good in fact I bought one for myself! It's been in use for two days now, and I love the way it makes the house smell.

It is ok. Price is ok, suppose. It only gets 4 stars because it is a bit flimsy. Not the best quality.Selling point was that it is lightweight, not expensive and BPA free.I use it on its own as well as with the oils.Not sure why it claims to be good as a gift for women??? It can be gifted to anyone.

This product arrived on time, I couldn't wait to use it! I love the look of this product..very chic in my opinion.What is baffling is that it stopped working after 5 uses...like really???!!!! I was so annoyed when I tried to turn it on and nothing came on!Another issue is there is no timer to automatically shut the product off after a certain time. Therefore we have to manually turn it off. I think I'll invest in another one like I previously owned.

The product arrived without any power cable or jug for water. Looks nice though. I am so disappointed ☹️. I was really looking for forward to using this. It’s putting me off .ordering it again. I apologise plug and jug inside item. I’ve been using it non stop concerning I got it literally!!. I have left it in the hallway. Whichever oil I use pleasantly wafting through my flat. I use Lavender at night and something like orange to lift my mood during the day. It is quiet and cuts off Water low. I changed this to 5 stars as I love this item now I got it working.

The media could not be loaded.  It comes with a small plastic jug. It takes 250ml of water and a few (literally 3 or 4) of essential oil.I was surprised that it needed no warming up. There’s a mains power adapter, and two switches: one for the light, the other for the mist.Press the mist button and it shoots a 10 inch tower of steam/mist instantly. This lasts for about 8 hours without being refilled, and automatically switched off if the water level gets too low.

I bought this product in June 2019 and now we’re in September (2019) and the product is no longer working.At first it started with a slight chip on the small ceramic disc/plate in the bottom of the diffuser. I have contacted the seller as it’s meant to come with a 6 month warranty but I have had no response.Since my initial message I have gone to turn on the diffuser today and it beeps and the green light flicks on for a second before going straight back off again. I have plenty of water in my diffuser so this isn’t the issue. I am now left with a broken diffuser after only 3 months of use and a seller who I can’t get a response from in regards to the supposed 6 month warranty. I have messaged them again today (prior to it failing to switch on) so I shall have to hope that they will respond to my second message.

It works fine but is hard to take the lid off if you want to add water and oil. And colour changing is not great you can't see the colours properly because the plastic is white. So doesn't look pink like the picture.

Like this but smaller than I thought it would be .Bought as a gift
