The Forbidden Billionaire (The Sinclairs) Paperback – 28 Jul 2015

Dante from the previous book is set to marry Sarah in this book.The family all descend for the wedding.Sarah's office manager Kristen has fallen and now unable to be a bridesmaid. They meet around her flat to try to find a solution. Jared will have no partner for the aisle walk until they meet Mara, Kristen's friend from childhood. They persuade her to take part. She has met Jared a few times talking about town history. She found him attractive.Jared has many problems going on but they get more complex during his interactions with Mara.There is a lot of complexities when it comes to the characters and their pasts.Again I found the terminology used for the sex scenes, a little crude compared to the delicacy of the writing for the rest of the book and this spoiled my enjoyment a bit but overall it is a very good read. The characters are well written and develop during the story.

I loved this book - this series is getting better and better. Jared Sinclair is finding out about the history of Amesport. Jared is getting some of his information from Mara who owns the doll shop on the town. As soon as Jared meets her he is drawn to her. Mara is sweet, caring and proud while Jared is fierce, caring and very controlling. When the book first starts you get a little insite into Jared's past and this plays quite a big part in the way he is now. Jared and Mara make a lovely couple and there story is so romantic. Can Jared open up about his past and let in Mara in and can Mara let someone take care of her when she has spent a lot of life being by herself.We also get a catch up with the other Sinclair's and it was great having Jason Sutherland in this book as he is my favourite from the Billionaire Series. Really looking forward to finding mre out about Evan the oldest Sinclair.

Jared blames himself unfairly, for something that happened when he was not much more than a boy. he has shut himself off from family, friends and love. he did no wrong but cant see that, Mara shows trust and unwavering love and honesty. she doesn't sugar coat anything, even losing everything herself she still gives Jared all she has left, herself! this is one of those stories that make you want to just hug the characters and love them yourselves to make them feel better and help them. I love all these stories, the Sullivans, the Sinclairs, the Hamiltons and the Hudsons all of them, each unique in their own way but linked through family and friendship. I now look forward to Evens story and I know its going to make me cry before its even here

Jared and Mara have always been attracted to each other, but for their own reasons kept that attraction and longing to themselves.Until Jared sees Mara in a downward spiral and feels the need to play the anonymous white knight.Long story short we see the return of all of the Sinclair's to Amesport for the wedding of Dante and Sarah and with this clan together expect nothing short of fireworks.Love, lust, heartache and new beginnings. Just what we've come to expect and enjoy from J. S. Scott.Looking forward to book 3 next year and Evan's story.

Five stars I would have given this book more but it only shows five, I loved this book, what a great writer you are, I loved the characters in this book, so glad that they got together, and the whole family there as well, can't wait to read the next book about Evan that should be interesting, to see who catches his eyes,!!!!.I'm going to read all the books now, except Hopes it took me a long time to get into that book.

Just as good as the first book. Very sweet, a lovely romantic read. Fell in love with the characters. All the Sinclair brothers are different with a unique story to their past which has made them who they are. I'm really looking forward to the next one. If you want an easy going, heartwarming read, I recommend!

Hot hot hot. This sweet romance is moving and emotional. Following the story of Mara and Jared as the build a friendship and support each other as the deal with past bereavement whilst slowly stoking the flames to their hot passion for each other.Great read. Highly recommended

I loved this book as much as the first one. I loved Mara and Jared they were meant to be together. I laughed and cried for both of them she had it rough and so did he blaming himself for two death that was not his fault. Please J S Scott tell me there will be another book telling us about Evan because he deserves a happy ending he as a tormented soul.
