I was hesitant to pull the trigger on this one after reading some of the reviews. I couldn't be happier that I did. The tools are all thick metal, well made, and at an unbelievable price. I was half expecting them to come in a ziplock sandwich bag from reading some other reviews, and while the "case" isn't anything particularly special, it is thick enough to not get accidently poked by the tools when retrieving them from where they're kept.We got this for our dogs after it was recommended to us to have their teeth cleaned by our vet. They gave us an estimate of between $450 and $750 for the cleaning, so I turned to the interned and found videos of people cleaning their dogs teeth with these types of tools. It was great, a little scraping and the tartar came right off. My dog wasn't particularly excited about the process, but we got through it together and I bought him some nice chew toys with all of the savings from doing the cleaning myself.Don't let other reviews scare you from these tools, obviously they're not professional grade dentist tools (just look at the price) but they do the trick and I am absolutely happy with the purchase.

The quality of this Majestic Bombay product is superb: heavy-duty, well-made, professional dental hygiene kit. The only reason I did not rate a full five stars is because, upon ordering a second kit as a backup, I noticed a craftsmanship inconsistency. The shape and length of the primary "hook" of the dental pick was slightly different from the one I had first ordered. This would bother me less if I hadn't found such perfection in the shape and length of the first pick, allowing for precise cleaning, while the new one is a touch shorter and thicker. Still, an excellent, well-priced product that I would recommend without reservation. Note: be extra careful when using so as not to injure yourself with the sharp points.

I am really enjoying my dental hygiene tool kit. This is of dentist quality and does exactly what it needs to do. I remember back in the day, these being sold in any pharmacies or wellness stores. Now a days, you can't find a set like this anymore. When I go to the dentist, I spend an hour with the Dental Hygienist asking me if I flossed, all the while she's picking the plaque off my teeth with the same $7.00 set you can by from here. I can do the same thing with much more comfort and do it daily or once a week. This was a great purchase for my needs. I would recommend this to anyone. It even comes in a small sized carrier that fits in my purse.

The size and what I sorta expected but the quality of the metal is not. I’d get else where.

I was tired of seeing the tartar buildup despite flossing so I wanted to get a dental scraper to keep the tartar at bay. I was unsure of what to expect, but these tools exceeded my expectations. I made sure to sterilize them prior to using and I was very careful not to poke myself as I used them. The tools are sharp! I appreciate the inclusion of the mirror and the case is very nice. Thanks for selling a great product.

I got these bc I love the feeling that you get right out of the dentist chair after a cleaning. I really only needed 1 pick but I guess you get a whole set. They were actually nicer than I anticipated. Heavy, good quality, did the job. I don't know what I'm going to do with the mirror as I am just using for myself. Not going to be doing dentist work on someone else, lol. But it is a good product for the price. Used it a little and my teeth feel like i just got a cleaning. I recommend it!

Perfect for exposure training at home to help a little guy know what to expect from his first dental visit. Great price, quality materials... And super fast delivery. The case is a nice touch, keeps everything clean and all in one place. Case has a chemical smell that fades quickly after package is opened. I recommended this seller to our pediatric dentist... She says the price is better than the one she gets wholesale!

One of the hooks are much higher quality than the other. As the first 2 photos show, both ends on one tool are smooth and very pointed. It looks well made. The other tool is shown in the 2nd photos and you can see they are very rough on both ends. One of them is blunt and the other has a jagged tip. It looks like they were roughly filed into shape. The mirror has no issues and looks high quality too.

Was sticking out of case. Could have put plastic sheath for safely on tips
