USB-mini WS Basic Controller Kit with 3-pin Connector and Heat-Shrink Tubing

This product was exactly what I needed! Some other person mentioned on a similar product page from this seller that these don't work -- I'm assuming they just didn't know what they were doing. I got this thing working and used it to run a custom Valentine's Day card for my girlfriend. This thing has a great assortment of presets and color modes, and the animations are pretty smooth. This will be perfect for making wearable LED clothing items in the future!I'd recommend using a solid power source with good amperage -- it does seem that this controller does have a few glitches when you push the brightness and speed and color intensity too much. I had one pixel pulsing out of sync, fixed it by lowering the brightness one notch.

This is an awesome 2812 controller. I coupled it with an Adafruit neopixel matrix and well, its pretty stellar. Jopel designs has created some pretty excellent pre-sets that go far beyond the typical "Rainbow Fade" that you often see with other controllers. WELL worth the money and you dont need to write a single line of code or have any other microcontroller involved (this has a built in Tiny85 as its brains.) OH - and the built in menu? (using the first 4 LEDs/Pixels in the string) Its BRILLIANT.Im ordering more before Jopel decides not to make them any more. Great to have in the toolbox for any WS2811/12 project.
