Long-time tyrosine user, this is the best
6/5 and I don't say that lightly.I have used l-tyrosine for the past five years for primarily medical neurological reasons. My natural dopamine levels are extremely low. I have gone through many brands, and this brand has been by far not only the best value but the best quality and absorbency (second place is GNC, followed by Jarrow). Having it as a powder is really great, I put one little scoop into my water bottle every time I fill it up. Not only does it cost me less, but I feel much better, and I've even noticed that I have practically boundless mental energy. I just did computer programming for 3 days straight and I'm not even mentally tired at all. As someone with chronic fatigue, that's unheard of for me.

Best surprise of 2018 | Pre-workout [stacked]
On a typical day I am in the gym by 5:30am and though I would prefer eating a breakfast that consists of whole foods, I'm reluctant to take the time this early to do so. I'll typically mix 3 scoops* of this product in with 10g of MCT oil powder, 15-20g of protein powder and about 4-6oz of cold brew concentrate with equal parts water. Every individual is unique and I wouldn't expect the same results for everyone, but the mental awareness and sustained focus I've picked up from this is remarkable. I can honestly say that I've been having some of the best training sessions in my life with sustained benefits that have trickled into other parts of my day, too.*I was originally taking the suggested serving size of one scoop when I first purchased this product and thanks to reading several reviews, I decided to increase the amount that I would include in my pre-workout blend, and without changing any of the others amounts, saw a noticeable difference. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Hit The Ground Running
Attempting to avoid sharing that which has already been shared, I want to relay a bit of advice to new consumers. While it doesn't make you jittery like with too much caffeine, nor is it intended to, if you do happen to find yourself staring at the ceiling solving the world's problems at three in the morning, you probably took too much! :) That being said, this is a great, quality product. I put it in my coffee in the morning.

Gives me focus, energy, and stronger libido
This is excellent! At first I had been taking this for a few weeks and it did absolutely nothing for me. I was ready to chuck it in the garbage. It's disappointing to try certain supplements that are supposed to assist with particular issues only to find it does nothing. One morning I decided to try a bit more than the recommended scooper dose. Instead I used slightly less of a teaspoon. Within about 20 minutes after that I finally noticed the effects that Tyrosine is intended to help with. Suddenly I was no longer lethargic, tired, and unmotivated. Something shifted in me where I was growing mentally alert and focused, as well as energetic enough to go for a jog and lift some weights. The extra positive side effect was it also seemed to increase my libido. This is likely due to the dopamine rise which also raises libido by the way. Those effects lasted for hours and a good chunk of the day. This wasn't a jittery alertness and energy the way you might get with too much caffeine. It's hard to explain, it was just a sudden mind awakening where I was suddenly alive, happy instead of moody, and ready to get to work, instead of crashing on the floor after sleeping. So yeah, this stuff definitely works for me, but I have to take more than the one scoop to notice any changes.I did check to see how many scoops would fit in the teaspoon so I can gauge how many milligrams of the stuff I was taking, and it was three scoops. Each scoop is 500 mg, so that's 1500 mg. Did some research on that and there was no info on that being dangerous. In fact, it was recommending more spread out through the day if needed, but taken earlier in the day as this could keep you awake like caffeine would if you take it too late. I've had no negative side effects to report at all.The other thing to note was I noticed the general effects were stronger when I take it at least an hour after eating. It does say on the jar it's best used on an empty stomach. That was true as when I've taken it immediately before eating or immediately afterwards, the effects are not as strong.

So I am just trying this and I put 2 scoops that came with container in this tall cup of keto milkshake and it’s been about 45 minutes and I feel the clarity and awareness.I must have been in a brain 🧠 fog because I’m definitely feeling a renewed feeling 😃😃😃😃. I saw this on TikTok and I read about it and I wanted to try it before I go to work the weekend.I’m 55 years old with no underline health issues except for menopause but I really feel good!! Effective & Pure
After first dosing with 500mg in my morning coffee, I noticed an immediate "alert" feeling. Not jittery like caffeine, but just very aware of my surroundings. The next few days, I upped my intake to 1000mg a day in the morning and noticed an increase in alertness commensurate with dosage.This stuff also levels out my mood, almost like Ashwagandha, but slightly different.Not sure how it blends with other fluids, but I put a scoop in my coffee cup before letting my Keurig dispense hot coffee into the mug. Then I mix it up thoroughly afterwards & voila, a regular cup o coffee.

Energy and clear mind
I am a vegetarian, and have been for about 25 years. My son recommended that I start taking several amino acids. Some of the amino acids are mostly found in meat, or in food items I don't regularly eat. For a comparison, there is about 60 mg of Tyrosine in beans and lentils, and about 1100 mg of Tyrosine in steak. I take this powdered Tyrosine in plain water in the mornings when I wake up (at least 1/2 hour before breakfast), along with some other powdered amino acids I am taking now. I have used several NutriBio products; their products are high quality, and taste good. I highly recommend this NutriBio Tyrosine. I have so much more energy and can think more clearly. The powder is economical and that's one more supplement I take without the capsule or all those additives. It's a really tiny scoop for the recommended 500 mg serving.
