Great product and far less expensive than getting your teeth whitened professionally. Easy to use and after a couple treatment showed noticeable results.The only criticism I have is that the mouth piece does not fit snug against my teeth.

My recommendation is to swipe clean or previously brushed teeth dry with a paper towel bottom teeth 1st, apply a light layer to each front tooth part of your visible smile- use a qtip. Do the tip after in the same manner. After application, have your light and mouthpiece ready; place it and bite gently not to give you TMJ pain (you can hold with your hand if it helps) Turn the light on and wait ten minutes til it beeps off. Instructions encourage a 30 minute wear time but ten minutes is good enough if your smacks aren’t that bad looking. Side note: It helps to use a good electric toothbrush whitening toothpaste and floss everyday- it only adds to the whiteness of your teeth. If you’re not doing that and just whitening people will notice the in between and crevices of your teeth dingy yellow or whatever (ick). But no judgment, sometimes you can’t get white teeth maybe because medications you take so there’s that. But honestly bestie, it works so well I even like it over the 60-70$ crest products! The reason you should QTip it on is you don’t want to get any on your gums where the sensitive issues come in. So by doing it this way your not over applying and wasting your treatment gel. If you end up getting sensitivity you can use a remineralization gel that they conveniently provide. It comes with clear instructions and anyone can do it. Pair with your favorite whitening mouthwashes and gum for on the go saliva action to keep the teeth whiter. To begin, about 10 years ago my dentist made molds of my upper and lower teeth to start my journey into teeth whitening. Needless to say, had to purchase my whitening product through his office. 3 vials at a time every 6 weeks $75.00. Did that for 6 years, then just started using whitening toothpaste. So recently, while cleaning out a few things from my vanity, I noticed my molds and decided to check out Amazon for a product that would be comparable to what I was using. When I found iSmile and read a few reviews, figured to give it a try. Actually couldn’t believe price, like $55.00 less than what I was paying. I have used it 4 days now at 10 minutes, my teeth are actually way whiter than what I remember from 4 years ago. This is extremely easy to use. Based on some reviews, I’ve read that several are stating that globs of product come out. Others suggested to use q tips. I get that, but in the kit there are 4 clear applicators with caps (just like those that I used way back). All you have to do is remove the blue cap from the vial, and insert the clear applicator. Keep in mind, this applicator has a very small opening. At this point you can do 1 of 2 things. #1 - simply squeeze a small dot of product on each tooth, preferably the center and begin whitening. #2 - if placing product directly in the tray, do not place it on the bottom. Place it above the bottom (as on the rim) keep it low, close to the bottom and begin whitening. Both methods were instructed to me by my dentist. With the clear and correct applicators , globs of product is not released. So, all said, if you truly want white or whiter teeth you absolutely without a doubt MUST get iSmile. I believe you will never find anything better, and at such a ridiculous low price.
