Durable, versatile, and very BRIGHT!
Overall I like this bike light set a lot. The headlight is really bright and the construction and materials look and feel like it will be very durable and last a long time. I bought this mainly for hubby who loves all kinds of flashlights and uses them a lot, but I will probably be using it some as well, especially since it is so versatile and can be used for much more than just a bike light. One thing that’s kind of a bummer yet a convenience at the same time, and probably the only way to have a light so bright, is that the battery pack is somewhat of a nuisance because it's kind of heavy and you have the cord connecting to it. But I realize that if you use smaller batteries then the light will be dimmer, and if the battery is in a compartment attached to the light then it will definitely be too heavy for using on the headlamp. So I can’t say it’s really a negative point, just something different to get used to I guess. I do think there’s some room for improvement otherwise, so here’s my list of pros and cons...Pros:*Very bright headlight, significantly brighter than other bike lights we have had.*Headlight can be mounted to your bike, or almost anything with the different sized handy rubber mounting straps.*Headlight can also be mounted to the headlamp strap for walking the dog, hiking, spelunking, etc.*The angle of the headlight is somewhat adjustable up and down because of the flexibility of the mounting straps.*Modes include high, medium and low brightness, strobe (flashing), and SOS signal light mode for emergency*Comes with 4 rubber straps, 2 small and 2 large, for mounting to the headlamp bracket or bike handlebars.*The battery pack has a good quality case that you can securely strap to your belt or to the bike.*Battery charger has indicator light that is green when it is connected to the battery (I think if the battery is dead maybe the green light doesn’t come on), and then it’s red when it is plugged into an electrical outlet so you know it’s charging.*The back of the mount for the light that is on the head strap has a thin layer of cushion for your head that helps it to be much more comfortable than some headlamps.*Tail light flashes with unique eye-catching pattern.*The rubber mounting bands make the headlight versatile so you can use it for almost anything you can attach or wrap a rubber band around (ATV handlebar or front cargo rack, lawn mower handle, boat railings, etc.).*Power button on headlight has a nice grippy texture and lights up green when it's plugged in to the battery.Cons:*Head lamp straps are too tight to be very comfortable for me and my head is just 22 inch circumference which I don’t think is really big for an adult. I have friends with bigger heads for sure lol! So anyhow, I don’t think I will be able to wear it for very long unless I cut the straps and sew in some kind of extension.*No instructions in the package. I know there are instructional pictures/diagrams on the product page, but I really prefer to have instructions printed that I can look at when I open the package and I don’t want to go back to the computer, or maybe I don’t have access to the computer at the moment. Like if I walk outside to mount the lights onto my bike, I can’t take my PC with me, and sometimes wifi on my phone doesn’t work when I go outside. Also, those pictures are not very detailed and not extremely helpful with nothing showing how to mount the light to the headlamp straps. There is “some assembly required” even to just attach the main light to the headlamp bracket, the tail light requires 2 AAA batteries that require unscrewing the battery cover to insert, and using the rubber band mounting straps things without detailed instructions can take some time to figure out. Thankfully my husband has a special phone case mount for bikes that uses similar rubber bands, so he was familiar with how they work and helped me figure it out.*The beam does not adjust from spotlight to floodlight.Again, I think that overall it’s a great set, especially for someone with a smaller than average head or maybe young teens or older kids, and there’s so many different ways to use the light so I know we will get plenty of use out of it.I was selected to receive this bike light set for free with the understanding that I would write a review after testing it out. Everything I've written is my own opinion based on the quality and performance of the product. If you have any questions about my review or the product, don’t hesitate to ask!

My order for BYB Super Bright CREE L2 LED Rechargeable Bike Headlight
My order for BYB Super Bright CREE L2 LED Rechargeable Bike Headlight, NEW Square Housing Design for Heatproof, Free Taillight and Headband arrived in the mail quickly and timely thanks to Amazon Prime which is well worth the money if you order regularly from Amazon especially for the added free benefits of Amazon music and Amazon Video in addition to the free 2-Day Prime shipping.First Impressions-- The light though compact looks to be well constructed and solid quality.Closer Inspection and usage- Everything was packaged nicely. The light came with headband, rubber fastening bands, battery pack, taillight and charger. The battery pack was charged up so I plugged it into the light and turned it on. It was extremely bright for such a small light. Looks to be made well and would last a long time. The battery back is said to be 5000mah. I haven't had a chance to test it fully but after 1 hour, it is still going strong. Definitely a must on your bike to stay seen and be safe.PROS:--Excellent price--Bright--Compact but effective--Quick mounting on bikeCONS:--noneOverall I highly recommend this light. Be seen and be safe on your bikes

Safe Night Riding with These Bike Lights
The Good:• Rechargeable Headlight, sealed for water resistance, Its exceptionally bright, wider range and more center concentrated. There are a couple settings on the light…low, med, high, flashing• Taillight (standard mount, light blinks etc..• AC Adapter for headlight included• Mounting hardware, headlamp adapter as well for head….pretty comfortable on my head• Rechargeable battery pack includedOther Thoughts:• The battery pack is separate and you need to put that on your belt or in pocket if you are not on a bike, Otherwise just wrap it around the bike frame• You get 2 large/2 small bands to mount the light on handlebars. Taillight mounts easily with a standard style mountThe Bottom Line:IF you are setting up your bike for night riding, this is an excellent rechargeable option. You get an ample amount of light front/rear to keep you safe. Note: I received this product at a discount; my opinions are always honest and unbiased. Hope this helps.

If you have a bike then you need this
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The LED Bike light set works perfectly! I absolutely love the different settings on the headlamp and rear light. I honestly believe that having this exact setup on your bike will allow motorist to be more aware of you and help insure your safety. An added bonus is the head gear but I only see this being a reality for workers that may need this but hey it actually works well. The only two issues I have is replacing the batteries on the rear light because there are screws involved (possible stripping and kinda pain every time you replace) and a little bit better of a battery holder. The current battery holder will hold up over time but I just wish it had more grip so it wouldn't possibly slide around (me being picky). This can be easily fixed on your own or just place it in a good spot. Overall it is definitely worth the money compared to others. Two Thumbs Up!
