Love this epsom salt and how clean it is (free of chemicals, artificial fragrance). I also love having the huge bag. I take a hot bath 3 times a week and put in 1-2 cups of this salt. It is so soothing and if my muscles are tired, it relaxes them and gets me ready for bed.

great stuff, good value. Im on re-occurring order. Ladies need to restore salt back into their bodies at least once a week and not to mention helps you to relax.

OMG. This stuff is sent straight from the heavens. When I was pregnant it was a MUST I used this every night in the bath. And now I am hooked. Helps with aches and cramps. Will put you straight to bed. Relaxes you even on the most stressful day. As a mom of 3 this is my splurge on my self care and it's worth it's weight in gold. A huge bag too!

After being hospitalized for Ulcerative Colitis last August 2014, I learned that I can heal myself with Epsom Salt Baths. The healing has something to do with magnesium and methylation, and I've read stuff about it, but I am not really able to distill it all here, but it is super-good for humans to do this. Of course it isn't the only way to heal, but it helps tremendously. So I started taking these baths last summer, and now, a year later, I am Superwoman! Well, maybe not, but I am healed. I am doing well. I still take a nightly bath, and I love it. Great bulk epsom salt for baths! We go through it pretty quickly so we like the quantity doesn’t affect the quality.

Pros: large bag that will last many baths. Feel nice and relaxing. Seems quality.Cons: just MY personal experience. I have only used this product as directed IN BATH. It took me 2-3 baths to connect the issue... but I get severe abdominal cramping and diarrhea the day after an epsom salt bath.Likewise the bag smells like eycalyptus... the salts themselves really do not (unscented). If anyone has sensitivity to fragrance, likely the packaging is absorbing the strong eucalyptus fragrance of being manufactured/stored in same facility as other products that do use essential oils. Everytime I open the closet where I've stored this bag, I def smell eucalyptus! Doesn't bother me... but it was driving me nuts trying to locate the smell, thinking the salts had EO in it. Lol

Good quality Epsom salt, in bulk, for a great price. My family absolutely loves Epsom salt and we go through it quite quickly and this is the only brand we will get. It comes in a heavy duty bag so you don't have to worry about putting it in another container. The bag also zips, so no more open bags. If you haven't ever had an Epsom salt bath, I recommend getting this brand/bag of Epsom salt and take a nice hot bath and you won't regret it.
